I have had prior staffing experience and I was on this server called XenoRp.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? 

Because I want to make sure people that join will have a good time, and will not break the rules and be mingers.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Why I would be a good moderator because I will be dedicated to the role and the server. Also, I will be online lot of the time.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM/Random Death Match= Is when you kill someone without an RP Reason. 

Say someone walks up to you and kills you for being a "noob" then runs away. That person should be warned for RDM.

RDA/ Random Arrest= Is when you arrest someone without an RP Reason. 

Say someone walks up to you and arrest you for looking like an Idiot then laughs at you. That person should be warned for RDA.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR/New Life Rule. Is when you aren't allowed to remember your base and not allowed to go back to the area you died at for 120 seconds.

Say you are raiding someone and you kill them they aren't allowed to come back during the duration of the raid. Also if they come back during the raid that would be NLR. And they should be warned for Breaking it.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is when you use OOC information for in character experience.

Say someone is in discord and they are your party member. Also they get kidnapped and they tell your trough discord that is Metagaming cause its OOC.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would record the higher up and tell someone higher than them if there is anyone. And if not I will send it the owners for a review.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail the person that is Massrdming and ban them for the 2 weeks. Then resume the sit I was in.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would tell them not to build in the streets and if they resume to build in the streets I would warn them.
