b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?:

To help out and do what i can so people can have a enjoyable time on the server

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?:

I'm non bias no matter what, I am very active in the server, and i'm willing to help at any time

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished:

RDM is Random Death Match meaning Killing for no reason, For RDM i would tell them what they did then have them read the Rules and warn them for RDMx1, RDA is Random Arrest meaning arresting someone without reason, For RDA i would release the person arrested then tell the person who arrested them what they did then have them read the Rules and warn them for RDAx1

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated:

NLR is New Life Roleplay and it includes Knowing something from a past life and/or returning to the place of death. An example would be i was shot in a PD raid and immediately returned to the place of my death and knew exactly who did it and what happened

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence:

Metagame is doing or knowing something that your Character wouldn't realistically know such as: hey you have a hit accepted sign above your head, realistically you wouldn't know that  

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?:

i would report abuse of a Moderator on the Forums with video evidence 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?:

Bring the person mass RDMing and jail them until the sit is over then i would deal with the RDMer

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets:

I would tell them what they did then delete the props/building
