-0, If I'm not mistaken

-Never have been banned.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

-I was a trail-mod on the server two years ago, but I'm more mature and older to fulfill the opportunity.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

-I enjoy the community very much, its the only server I play on so I though why not become a staff member (again) to make it a better place.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

-My Professionalism would be a fantastic look for the trial-mods of the server, I have a great judgement on what should be the punishment be or if there needs to be one if we can resolve on peacefully, and I am active everyday for at least 1-3 hours,I get along with almost any one, I have already had training with this staff team so I would be working instantly, and to end off the question I am most certainly looking forward to making the Roleplay experience better for new members and the matured ones.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

-RDM is when you or a person get killed with no reason behind the death or any intent of roleplaying.

            -Example of RDM is Walking to the industrial district a thief walks behind you and kills you without reason, another way people get away with RDM is just before they will advert a mug but not even attempt to wait for money.

-RDA is when a police officer arrest you with no evidence of a crime.

-Example of RDA would be walking toward your new base, then a officer walks up to you forcing RP by saying you are wanted, or you have committed a crime, then arresting you

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

-NLR is when you return to the place you have just been killed to continue roleplaying or to get revenge on the person who killed you.

-An example of this would be you get mugged, you try to stop them by pulling a gun, they kill you, then you return to get payback, Another is your base got raided and you died while defending it, then instantly after respawning you rush back to murder the raider.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when you are using information that should not be associated with your character.

-For an example two people are talking in a discord call, one person is getting kidnaped and tells his friend his exact location were he is being held, another example is dying while in a raid you zoom out to callout where the base owner is, so your partner can get a one up on the owner. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

-Attempt to deal with the problem myself by talking to them, then if that doesn't work I would contact a higher up that is not abusing power.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

-Ask the people in the sit to remain there, teleport to the RDM'er, Jail him, ban him with an appropriate time, then go back to the main sit and apologize for making them wait.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

-I would kindly ask them to move the building since the rules apply at all times, or remove it my self if they are giving staff a hard time about it.

Hello Sidereal, thank you for applying for Mod your Mod App looks great  it is also nice to know you are a Ex-Staff member that is great I have seen you in game a lot you are very active and you follow the rules and know them very well, you also get along with others which is nice so over all I would have to say +1 hope to see you on the Staff Team.
