Yes, I have prior staffing experience on XenoRP as a Senior Moderator. from 2017-2018.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer for staff for XenoRP for the main reason of I enjoy helping out others and spending my in-game time working with new players, answering questions and teaching them the ropes of XenoRP.  I am very open to dealing with in game issues regarding the players of the server. I would take my time throughout each sit and handle it patiently.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

If i was accepted onto the staff team I believe I would be an outstanding moderator. Reason being I understand almost all the contents of the ulx system and how commands work making it easy for me to handle certain situations. I also thoroughly understand the motd. I have a positive and respectful attitude when approaching players making sure both parties walk away understanding the outcome of the situation during a sit. I as well try to be as snappy as possible to attempt to help everyone.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM - Random Death Match - Killing a player without a RP reason.

A player committing this offense should be spoken to and corrected on the reasoning for killing players and warned for 'RDM'

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR - New Life Rule - Apon death you are not to return to your death location for at least 120 seconds and or have any knowledge from your previous life.

I would handle this situation by explaining the NLR rule to the player once corrected I then warn the player for NLR and proceed with a jail for 120 seconds.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming - Using information beyond realistic knowledge.

1 .For example Pat is trying to raid John. Pat gets in johns base and sees he has money printers, but you John ends up killing Pat. Now Pat respawns and goes back to his base and tells his buddys John has money printers in his base. Which Pat is not allowed to speak about.

2. Pat is in the street and overhear's John talking about raiding Eric's base and how he has printers and so much money inside. Pat then walks up to get in on the plan and gets mugged. Pat refuses to give John any money so Pat dies. Pat then goes on to raid Eric's base by himself knowing he has money printers.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

1. I'd bring pat into a sit and ask him why he had decided to metagame and let his fellow party members know that John had printers inside his base and proceed to follow up with a metagame warning and a kick from the server.

2. Bring Pat to a sit and explain he is metagaming and cannot retain that information spoken to him apon his death. I'd proceed with a warning and a kick.

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would begin recording and continue to watch the staff member abuse his power and proceed to post it on the forums with a video.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I jail the player and proceed with a 2 week ban for Mass RDM.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I bring the players into a sit and tell them to please change to the hobo class to remain building in the streets. If not inform them to remove their props immediately and explain how they may not just build in the middle of the street.
