a3) What is your Discord Tag?

Dominik#0001

a4) What timezone are you located in?

Eastern Standard Time

a5) How many in-game warns do you have?

I have 8 warns, 7 of them being intentional ARDM/RDM. None of them are active, though

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

Not gonna lie to you all, I've been banned a good amount of times solely for mass RDM. Two of the bans were false, though. T-Mod banned me on accident. You know, the usual

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

Staffed here on Xeno for a good 2 months 🙂

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Been playing more actively in the past few months. Resigned only because I wanted to focus on preparing for my AP exams

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

To sound completely and utterly cocky, I know the rules like the back of my hand and hardly carry a bias. I know the ins and outs of the rules, so I know how to educate people who try to bend them

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Random deathmatch/Random arrest: A single instance of either results in a warning to the player who committed either. Sometimes, if they're new, jail them for 300 seconds and have them read the rules and such. Not necessary, but I like to compensate the person/people who were the victims of RDM/RDA

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

Doesn't say to define NLR, but I'm assuming that's required. NLR is new life rule and it indicates that anything that happened in a prior life is not allowed to be used to assist a player. An example of this occurring would be dying during a raid and returning to the scene and killing the raider. This is considered NLR because the person who died went back to their base knowing they were being raided and weren't supposed to. Another example of NLR would be a police officer repeatedly coming back to a base and warranting even after they died several times. For one, they don't know the contents of the base, and for two, they normally don't wait the necessary time in between raiding a base even as an officer

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is using knowledge obtained outside of the game to assist in your gameplay. An example of this is when someone uses a keypad code to raid. They clearly wouldn't know this from the game, so they used knowledge from outside of it. Another example of metagame is the mayor killing a hitman solely for the reason that he "thought" they had a hit on him. This is metagame because the mayor shouldn't suspect those types of things and also wouldn't know the job of the hitman in normal circumstances

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Assuming they're abusing them for the wrong, I'd ask them what they were doing and see if it's understandable or not. If not, I'd contact someone higher than them and have them handle it themselves because I wouldn't be able to do much else

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Tell the players to hang tight while I handle the Mass RDMer. Jail the person and see if it was really mass RDM or not. If so, ban them for a week and submit a ban request. Then return to the sit and act like nothing ever happened

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Kindly remind them that building in the streets isn't okay even if it's just them. Have them move their props to a place where they can build. If they don't comply, warn or kick depending on the severity

Greetings Dominik! Thank you for returning!

Now in my opinion and from what I have heard/seen, you are a great person! The Application well constructed and explained, you've shown to be active and helpful, and have a solid track record, the only thing I see is that sad ban, however in total, your application is solid and I hope to see and meet you fully in the future, thank you!

My Rating?: +1
