Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: He had taken a sit on the STREET. When I punched him, he physgunned me away without a word. There was nothing leading me to believe it was a sit, it looked like staff talking to a player normally. I then ran to Something who was also with him and punched them. Kil physgunned me away again and jailed me, then warned me for "Interrupting a sit". I would not have gone back if ANYTHING was said pertaining to a sit. Instead I was physgunned, jailed and warned without a word, and 2 mods on a street talking to a player doesnt scream sit.

Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: [The two Mod on Duty roles are Something Trans Rights and Kil. Citizen is CVS. Pro Thief is Agent]

Hi I'm going to be giving the situation from my POV I was taking tickets when I had received a ticket from CVS saying something along the lines of can I talk to someone about my friend being unbanned I tp'd over and so did something I was talking to something about which one of us was gonna handle the ticket cause something had banned the player who CVS  was talking about and then i turned over to CVS and cause I was about to ask him who his friend was and then Agent and Ben had run over and started punching us and so I phygunned you both and pushed you away saying please stop  and thought nothing about it for a few seconds and then turned to tell something to bring CVS to a roof so we can finish our sit till you came right back and kept punching me this time I phygunned you and jailed you turned to something and let something finish the sit and then flew over and said I'm gonna warn you for Interrupting sit cause I had told you to stop then warned you for it

I never heard any audio come out of your mic after being physgunned the first time. I am also in a Discord call with Agent and he also said he hasnt heard anything from your mic when we were both physgunned away.

No one else has had problems hearing me so I don't know if maybe you just didn't hear me or something else

if the people you were punching were not in a party we can just swap out the warning you have now with ARDM.

I punched Kil the first time (On duty, did no damage) and then Something (On duty, did no damage) and no Kil, Agent and I did not hear you say anything. Maybe your mic had malfunctioned as I didn't hear you talking prior to Agent and I punching you, I just saw typing.

 

Let me make this clear: Had I heard or seen you or Something say "Stop" I wouldve stopped and not came back. I dont want anything more out of this report than to have the warn removed.

If my mic was not picked up then I apologize but since there was no indication that it wasn't working there's not much I can really do I apologize if it wasn't clear to you

Just going to say my side since I'm named in this report, everything Kil said is correct, I had banned CVS's buddy earlier (for Mass Homophobia | NITRP), Kil had claimed the ticket so I TPed over to his to explain the situation that lead to CVS making his report, CVS reported his friend himself but didn't think his friend would take it so far he would get a ban, the sit like Kil said was taken on the street because it was simply a matter of telling CVS if he wanted his friend to be unbanned he would need to appeal his ban through the Xeno ban portal. I had nothing to do with the Jail or anything else so I can't say anything about that, only explain why the sit was in the street.
