♡ only on discord, I was an admin for Lil Boom's server & I've had my own server for three years. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
♡ I highly enjoy playing on this server and I'm on very often. I also think popular servers like Xeno should have a good amount of moderators to prevent players from breaking rules & to prevent players from being victims of RDM/RDA & such.  
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
♡ I'm very kind and social. I won't abuse my power but I also won't be afraid to enforce the rules and I'm not biased uwu. I'm also on very frequently like I stated before. (◕‿◕✿)

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
♡ RDM = Random Death Match, it's when a player kills or attempts to kill another player without a reason. The player should either be warned or banned depending on the severity, the same goes for RDA.     
RDA = Random Arrest, it's when a player that is a police or swat role arrest or attempt to arrest a player without a reason. 
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
♡ NLR = New Life Rule, when you respawn after dying you cannot return to where you died for at least two minutes. Example: If someone is mugged and they die they cannot return to the site of their death for at least two minutes because when you die it is a "new life".  
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
♡ Metagaming in RP is when you break the 4th wall & acknowlege you're playing a game. Example: A cop killing a hitman because it says above his head that he has a hit. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
♡ I would let another higher up know what's happening & document it. 
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
♡ I would jail the person Mass RDMing asap owo, continue the sit & then figure out what consequences the player RDMing should recieve.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
♡ I would let them know verbally that they're not allowed to build in the streets. If they continue to do it, I'll give them an actual warn. Although if they're hobos, I would ask them to move the props to the side of the street.

Overall; I have seen you on however, I have never interacted with you so I cannot speak about that. Due to the small issues with your application and the fact I don't know how you are in-game I am going to need to go with a Neutral.

Hey sleepy thanks for applying

Pros:

No bans

Active on the server

Cons:

Due to problems in game as in the sit we had for failRP (which did not lead to a warn but a verbal) the sit was for you killing yourself in a base to call over on a raid 

And having illegal party's 

C1 you should warn someone for RDA or if its Mass RDA should be a ban of 2 weeks 

C2 should have another example for raiding as well 

C3 at least another example as well

Therefore im giving you a -1

Cons: tend to be a repeat offender of the same mistakes sometimes. Usually in illegal parties from what I've seen
