b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

When I'm on there's usually no mods on so the server is acting crazy. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Me being on when usually no other mod are on would help keep the server in good behavior.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

(RDM)Random deathmatch - Random killing of a player for no valid reason

(RDA)Random arrest - Random arrest of a player for no valid reason 

In my opinion 2-3 warnings should be given before banning. On the first offence the committer of RDM or RDA should be warned. On the second offence the committer of RDM or RDA should be jailed and told this is their final warning. On the third offence the committer of RDM or RDA should be banned.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

(NLR)New life rule - A rule in which players, when killed for a valid reason, have to wait a certain amount of time before they can go back to their death site. On XenoRP the said wait time is 2 minutes. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

When a player uses non-rp knowledge to have an advantage in rp, an example of this is a cop arresting someone and using OOC chat to tell people to raid them.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Record what's taking place, DM or somehow privately chat with the mod telling them to stop, contact the owner or a admin.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Take and place the Mass RDMer on a rooftop mute and jail them, return to the sit solve the issue, then go back to the Mass RDMer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Even though there's only two players the rules still apply, plus If a player joined it could disrupt rp on the server. To prevent this the players building in the streets should be stopped and warned.
