Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? i want to help the xeno rp community to become better and help the newer players that may join 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? i know how to comunicate and i can work great as a team. I can listen to people when they are making their deffense as to why they have done something wrong. I will also help the admins day by making it easir 

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is someone randomly killing some one and RDA is a officer randomly arresting some one for no reason. Theese should be punished depending on the severety on the amount of killing or arresting the person has done it would start of as a warning and if they carry on it would move to a kick. if they carry on after that a one week ban 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NRL is new life rule and the ways people break nrl is by getting killed and going to the place they die before a three minute cooldown 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.  metagaming is where you watch a stream of someone thats streanming on the server to gain a advantage that you would not get normally say if a hit man had a hit and the hit was streaming and the hitman watched the stream to find his/her spot and kill them thats called meta gaminh 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? i would speak to someone higher than him and show him proof of the power abuse 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? i would drag the guy mass rdming and freeze him then strip his guns and give him a week ban 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. i would ask them to delete their props and find a base if they do not i delete their props and warn them .

Your application feels extremely rushed and feels that no real value has been put into it.

You claim you have 67.7 warns, which to me sounds more like you saying how much playtime you have, and if so therefor shows how rushed this application is.

The fact that you have a ban specifically for Revenge RDM tells me that you lack the self control to let things go and not allow them to get to you and effect your judgment. I cannot see that being a good thing especially if a player upsets you.

I do not mean to be rude in any of aspect but these are what I have drawn from your application.

Due to recent actions ingame, the applicant has been warned for FailRP. This resulting from raiding bases without waiting the raid cooldown, calling raid from inside of other players bases. You have shown and admitted to lack of knowledge for some of the most fundamental rules for the server. This proving that you are not fit (in my opinion) for staff.
