Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) I would love to help Xeno because it is the best RP server i know and would like to keep it organized and fun for everyone

b2) If i was accepted i would be good at respecting everyone,keeping mingers out and no negitivity in the server

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Random Death Match is when someone is killing people for no reason and Random Arrest is when someone is hand cuffing people without adverting

c2) NLR is when you get raided or when you raid when you die you cant go right back to the fight you have to wait till the raid overall is over

c3) Metagaming is when you go back to the situation you were and remembering what happened before you died

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) I would keep calm not get into the situation but report the situation to a higher up Mod.

d2) I would handle the situation im in a manerly way and immetially go to the RDM'er 

d3) I would look to see who built the props and pull them into a sit

I mostly agree with Andy. You seem really friendly in game and you seem to actively want to help the server, but I can't look past the "rushedness" of this app much. I'm going with a Neutral.
