most bans i've gotten are just for me in my younger years talking back to mods when i feel like i got unfairly warned. dont think i've ever gotten banned for NITRP

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

i've had staff in some other less populated severs. was head admin on one and cumminity manager on a more recent one but its been a while since i was a mod. still know how to use the menu and remember the important commands

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

i see that alot of the time the server has no active mods on it and i get RDMed alot but nobody is there to help. and if there are mods on it ususally takes a few min for them to just get back to me. plus being staff on a bigger server would be nice for a change

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

i try to be on as often as i can and if i like a community i'll usually be in the discord alot too. i try to be a fair but laid back mod that wont warn people for honest mistakes and i wont give extra protection to someone for just donating or being active (something i feel alot of other mods (not only in this community) fail to do)

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is random deathmatch. killing people for no reason. RDA is random arrest. same thing but for police arresting people. once or twice is just a warn but 3 or more in 30min to an hour just makes it clear they're just there to annoy people so probably a ban for a day or two. enough for trolls to find a new server and low enough to where honest players will be patient

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is new life rule. on your death you're not supposed to continue whatever it was you where doing. like rading a base, defending something or trying to kill the person who killed you (revenge RDM). 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

meta gaming is using non RP game eliments and using it to your advantage. like a dead friend saying someone elses location in /ooc or telling friends you're getting raided after your death

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

tell the owner or the head staff in discord. done it before on the last server i played on but i bascially had to get the entire mod team with me to actually make the owner do anything

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

pause the sit and jail him and ask him for en explination. the mass RDM is more important then a single case so it can wait a min or two to deal with more important things. or tell other staff if someones there with me

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

probably let them. but warn them that if they block stuff up too much or the server gains more players they'll have to move it or delete it. if they're fine with that then let them continue. if they dont listen i just remove it myself and warn them if they try to do it again.
