b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Because I've been a mod for this server once and I liked the server and the community, and I wish to help the server and it's players.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I believe being a good moderator is being unbiased and cool during sits, and hearing every side of a story to make sure my sits are fair and my decisions justified. I also believe connecting with the community is a key role as a mod, to help get a better understanding of the community and connect with people.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM also known as Random death match is when a player kills another player with an invalid reason or with no reason at all, the punishment may vary depending on how many people they killed. If they killed one person it would be a warn, but if they killed 3 people or more it would result in a 2 week ban. RDA is Random Arrest and it happens when a player arrests a player because of a invalid reason or with no reason at all, the punishment for RDA also varies. If they RDA one player then they will receive a warn, but if they arrested 3 or more people for an invalid reason it would be mass RDA and result in a 2 week ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR which is called New Life Rule is when a player is killed and within two minutes of their death they return to the location. An example of this is when a player gets raided and dies defending his base, he then goes back to the base within 2 minutes and kills the raiders. Another example is a cop dying trying to arrest someone, then coming back and trying to arrest them again.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when a player uses knowledge that isn't realistically available. An example of this is seeing a player type raid in advert, and then killing them before they start raiding your base. Another example of metagaming is a cop hearing printers or meth cooking through a wall, and making a warrant off of that reason.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would try my best to record them and their actions and report them to the forums and upload said recording.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail them and see if another admin could take care of the mass rdmer, if not I'd finish my sit and then deal with the mass rdmer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would tell them that they cannot build in the streets and for them to read the rules on building outside, and tell them if they wanted to build outside they would have to become hobos if they weren't already.
