a5) How many in-game warns do you have?
5, however I'd argue 80% of them are mild. Though I do agree that is no excuse, and I'm looking to better myself in the future.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?
I have been banned once, for 5 days, because I did not realize that the batman job's grappling hook counted as kidnapping if you hooked someone, so I did that multiple times and I got banned, however I understand that that counts as kidnapping now.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
I have had some staffing experience in some StarwarsRP servers.
I have also had staffing experience in multiple thousand member Discord servers, I'm not sure how much it translates though.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I notice that the servers gets a bad rep all the time because of the hours which staff aren't on, and I even struggle myself to continue to enjoy the server when I want to build a base but I just get RDMed and sent back to spawn, where at a spawn there is a huge prop block which prevents anyone from actually playing.
I just wanna make the server actually fun again, and not full of NLR breakers and prop blockers.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
I think I would be a good moderator because I am always on in the hours that most mods are usually off. I sleep on a dymaxion sleep cycle, which is basically when you sleep for half an hour every 6 hours. You might think this would drain my energy but actually polyphasic sleep cycles like this are healthy, and it doesn't drain your energy. I also think I would be a good moderator because I always have Discord on my 2nd monitor, and I try to respond to mentions, and direct messages as soon as possible, so if anyone needed me for any reason, I'd be able to get to them fast. Another reason I feel that I would be a good moderator, is that I have been on this server for a few years now, (Just now starting to actually stick on it for a while), I've seen it grow and I've seen the community change, so I feel like I can adapt to anything new pretty fast. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM: Random Death Match. Should be told why it is wrong, and punished with a warning, however Mass RDM is a bannable offense 
RDA: Random Arrest. Should be told why it is wrong, and punished with a warning

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR: New Life Rule.
Ex: The owner of a base dies during a raid, but the owner comes back to the base before the 120 second NLR timer.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagame: When someone uses knowledge their character wouldn't know to get an unfair advantage.
Ex: Your friend tells you the location of a police officer via Discord.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
I usually always record while playing, so I'll continue to record and try to get as much proof as possible, then send it and report it to a higher up.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I would quickly jail the person Mass RDMing and ban them, then quickly get back to the sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
I would give them a verbal warning and let them know that even if it's only 2 people online, that still doesn't mean you can break the rules, but if they continue they would get a warning.
