I am located in the EST or the Eastern Standard Timezone. This would be on the East coast of the USA.

a5) How many in-game warns do you have?

I have 2 ingame warns, both which are active.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

No, not a serious ban. However, I believe I did ban myself when I resigned from my last staffing time on XenoRP.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I have staffing experience on XenoRP and a jailbreak server called Hearthigen.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer for XenoRP because it is fun, I enjoy helping the others in the community and spending my time improving on the server. In addition, it's nice to punish annoying rule breakers and anyone who can't simply read a MOTD. I staffed before and missed staffing for the XenoRP server.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Well, if I did got accepted, my previous experience would definitely be a key factor. I know how to handle staff sits properly, I am calm when it comes to handling sits and tickets. I am patient when it comes to handling situations, and I can work under pressure (like solo staffing).

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

 

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

• RDM, also know as Random Deathmatch is when a player kills another play for no valid RP reason. To punish this, if it is their first time, depending on how respectful the person is, you would either do a warn using the !warn command or a verbal warning advising the player to not do it again. If they blatantly did it, knowing they were RDM'ing, a warn would be a punishment. 
• RDA, also know as Random Arrest is when a player randomly arrests another player for no valid RP reason. To go about punishing this, would be the same as a RDM. If the player did not know they were RDA'ing, depending on how they acted, I would either give a verbal warning or warn them using !warn.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is New Life Rule and there are different situations where it is violated:

• When a player dies in a raid and goes back to the raid to kill the raider, or just attempt to kill said raider again.
• When a player dies and proceeds to go back to his death location within 2 minutes of re spawning from being killed.
• Also, NLR is also violated when a player uses knowledge from his former life to do a certain action or say a certain thing.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is a player using knowledge outside of what they should know, RP wise. Players may not act upon something that they have not learned about through an RP situation or from another player.

Examples of this would be:

• Your friend messaging you on Discord telling you there is a pd raid happening when you yourself are not aware of this in the RP.
• You playing in real life with your friend in the same room and using their screen to gain knowledge about a situation without you yourself being there.
• Seeing an illegal entity sticking through a wall and calling the police about it.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Speak to an admin on discord or if online, in game, about the abusive staff member, and if possible, record footage of the staff member abusing.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

If there are other staff on that are currently not busy, ask them to handle it, and provide the Mass RDM'ers name. If not, jailtp the Mass RDMer onto the rooftop, finish the sit, and then handle the Mass RDMer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Kindly ask the two players to move their props off the streets and if they are not, ask them to switch to hobos.

Pros: Great experiences with you in and out of game, always someone who is willing to help and work with server staff. Overall a great guy and the previous experience as staff on the server helps alot
