a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Nope.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really enjoy playing on this server, and I also enjoy hanging out with certain members of the community. Often times when I get on, there aren't any other staff members (or they're AFK), and there is a lot of rulebreaking (RDM, RDA, etc...). I feel like if I become Moderator, I can help the community during it's "off-hours", and help out if need be.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think I would make a good moderator because I would inform them of what they did wrong, and if I think they weren't doing it intentionally, I would probably give them a verbal, but if they did do it intentionally, it would be a warning. I would try to be firm but polite. I would look at both sides of the argument carefully, and then reach my final decision.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM or Random Deathmatch is when one player kills another player for no apparent reason. Revenge RDM is when for example someone got killed in a past life, they go and kill the person who killed them in their current life. For example, if someone punched another player, the victim has a right to kill the person who punched them. If no physical assault occured, and no other circumstances arise, and the person kills the other person, that's RDM. Most RDM cases would result in a warn, but Mass RDM is a 2 week ban. RDA, or Random Arrest, is when a Civil Protector arrests someone without no apparent reason. For example, if the lawboards are blank (besides the first 4 laws), but a police officer arrests someone on the street for having a gun out, that's technically RDA since there weren't any laws about weapons. Most RDA cases would result in a warn, while Mass RDA is a 2 week ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR, or New Life Rule, is when someone comes back after they die in a raid, or other event. For example, if I'm being raided, and I kill the person raiding me, but they come back and continue where they left off, that's NLR. Another example is if I'm raiding someone, and I kill them, and they come back, open their fading doors and immediately kill me, that's NLR and Fading Door Abuse.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when someone uses information not usually obtained in a roleplay setting, such as a police officer raiding a meth lab because they heard the meth being made, or if someone in your party is killed across the map, you go and hunt them down and kill them, even though there was no way you would've known that information. Another example is if someone knows someone else's keypad codes, tell you, and you both raid them using those codes, that's metagame. Also stuff you found out in your past life cannot be used in your current life.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? First, I would record what is happening, then either tell a different member of staff with a higher rank, or post it on the forums. I wouldn't engage with that person while they are committing the abuse.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail them, then get back to my sit, and then take care of the Mass RDM'er after I'm finished with the sit I was in.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would warn them, then if it persists, I would kick them, then ban if my previous attempts didn't work.
