None Active, In total 4. Two are from my brother playing but i don't let him play on this server anymore, believe it or not

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

Once for 8 hours Reason: RDM because someone mugged and killed me on a different server but i didn't know on said server you didn't have to advert it so i didn't see it in chat and I had enough time to walk all the way from spawn back to my base without breaking NLR and he wast still in my base after he chased me in to mug me and he never said anything about raiding so i killed him. Turns out he was a mod and didn't like me very much, and that was my first offense of the day and i got zero warnings.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I play on the server alot and very often the server is running rabid and there aren't any mods on to help so honestly i would like to help give back to the server and i think it would be a fun experience to learn. I Also Have 300 hours on dark rp and i'm friendly with a good amount of the moderators on this server and i've gotten to observe them and what they do a lot. I've wanted to be a moderator for a while and I believe I would do a pretty good job, Also i believe the only way to become good at something is by learning. Also my ban was a long time ago and I've started to taking role playing more seriously and know the rules better, this is also my favorite server and i'm pretty successful on it. Lastly I end up in a lot of sits because I have to call them on other people for breaking rules in the (motd) and sometimes my ticket will never get accepted so I would just like to take matters into my own hands and stop people from exploiting the games rules and make it a fun safe environment for the players because i know how sometimes its not fun at all when kids are constantly breaking rules and there aren't any mods on. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think i would be a good moderator because i'm fair and i'm very good at hearing both sides of the story before coming to a conclusion I would also never be bias or abuse my power as a moderator by using my abilities while off duty. I would also be a lot more active because it actually gives me a purpose to help people on the server.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is a Random Death Match and can be done by any player if they kill someone else without reasoning or for fun. Normally they would be warned but if they keep repeating their actions or the RDM includes more than 4 people that is a mass RDM which would result in a ban. RDA Random Arrest is when a cop is abusing his power and arresting players for a non applicable reason or for none at all. RDA would be treated the same as RDM. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. 

NLR (New life Rule) is when a player is killed and returns to the location of death without waiting there time period of 120 seconds would be considered NLR. Ex: Getting mugged and dying but you return to the same spot without waiting.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is practically not playing in character and doing things you cant do in real life or using data your player shouldn't know. ex: Pointing out a hitman has a hit and arresting them just because it says it above their head or hiding inside a prop so you cant die.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Get evidence (video would probably be best) of the user abusing their power and bring it to the next higher up official I can 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail said person so they cant do anymore damage to anyone, deal with them and return to my original sit and apologize for the wait/inconvenience.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would tell the the hopefully hobos to move their buildings to the side of the road. Also to not give a bad image towards new players and give them the wrong ideas.

Dont worry, no were in the rules does it say we cannot tell moderators to look at the application, however it is to be added. On our old forums it says that you cannot tell moderators to look at your mod apps but not on these. It will be added later. So for now, dont worry about what you said but please dont do it from here on out.
