a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I used to staff for some Discord servers, including being a Chairman (2nd highest rank) in a 2.8k member Discord server, and I'm one of the owners in a 80 member server. In 2014-2015, I staffed for some minor Minecraft servers.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

XenoRP is generally one of my favorite servers in DarkRP. However, from playing it I've had to deal with multiple cases of RDA/RDM/etc. I want to bring those cases down by helping my favorite server with them. I've been playing for quite a few months, and I think I can gain the trust of others on the server. I'm going to attempt to be nice to others and try to not make the mistakes that other moderators make that make them unlikable by other players on the server, and I hope this will eventually help for me to rank up.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

In my opinion, I think I'd be a good moderator because of my traits and activity. I'm usually laid back however I can be professional when required to as a staff member. I want to help the players on XenoRP. I would be great for activity as I usually play on XenoRP every day.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM (Random Deathmatch) - RDM is the act of killing another player without a valid reason.

- Mass RDM (MRDM) - MRDM is the act of killing multiple (2+) players without a valid reason.

- Attempted RDM (ARDM) - ARDM is the act of attempting to kill another player without a valid reason.

RDA (Random Arrest) - Arresting someone without valid reason.

Rulebreakers should either be warned/banned depending on the severity of the situation.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR (New Life Rule) is the rule of acting as if you're a new person in roleplay and not entering an area you last died at for a specific amount of time. The wait time for this is usually 2 minutes, however raid NLR ends when the raid is over. An example would be getting killed during a raid and trying to enter back in before the raid finishes.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is a type of FailRP involving the act of having knowledge your character should not have.

Examples:

• Not allowing Hitmen a specific thing if they have a hit
• Checking for people near you using the Speak feature

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I'm reporting them to Phantom or Zyngas. I'm going to record the situation and use it as evidence.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would immediately jail and ban them.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I'd give them time to move to an area that they're allowed to build at, before warning and removing props.

Your application looks decent but considering the issues I've had with you including multiple ban evasions, insulting me and other staff members, mass rdming, minging, I just don't believe you're fit for staff. Also for d2 you need to talk to the player before you ban them. also I've had known issues with you getting angry in the past.
