RainRP server is closed Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for Xeno because there are a lot of times when there are no admins aon and the server is total chaos. I am on for a lot of these times and I can help keep the peace. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Well like i said in the previous response I would do well at keeping the peace late at night when there is no one else. But on top of that I was an admin on RainRP a while back before it was shut down this server also used ulx so i am familiar with the tool. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM - Random Death Match aka killing a player without a valid rp reason. The punishment the first time is a warn, second offence is a warn + jail time, and third offence is considered mass rdm with is a ban. RDA - Random Arrest aka a player with a police roldme arresting someone without an rp reason. punishment is the same as r c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR - New Life Rule aka If a player is killed their previous life has ended and he is to start a new life with no memories of the old. For example no returning to your base that is being raided after you have just died there. Punishment is a warning and could lead to being kicked or banned if you continue to break the rule. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Knowing something that your character should not be able to know such a thief raiding someones base and then switching to a cop and raiding them as police because he knows there are printers in the base. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record them and send the evidence to their higher ups. other than that tell them they are abusing because maybe they dont know what they are doing is bad. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? freeze the person in question finish my sit as quickly as possible and deal with them after my sit is over (if I am the only staff online). If i'm not the only staff on then i freeze them and tell the other staff to take a sit with that person while i continue my own. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them to switch to hobo. Other than that i see no reason to punish them as with so few players it would be difficult to rp anyway and they are not interfering with someones role play experience. You are not in the discord server. a6) You were banned for mass rdm. c2) No "NLR" timer. d2) you ban the mass rdmer first, then go back to your sit. d3) Hobos are not allowed to build in the streets. Just because there's only a couple people on doesn't mean they need to follow the rules. Also, you tend to be very mingey in game. Edited January 3, 2021 by Andy
