a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Ive never been banned.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I was Super admin on my friends server called "Zulu Nation".

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?                I want to learn about people on the server and help everyone I can.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?            I would follow everything that higher ranks than me say, I will help in any way I can, and I will try... ehem I mean WILL make every sit I do be fair.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.              RDM is random death match. If anyone RDMs they should be warned or kicked judging on the severity of it.  RDA is random arrest, Only police and admins can RDA also if someone RDAs they should be warned

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.               NLR is new life rule, NLR is when you die and then go back to the place you died before 5 minutes. If anyone breaks NLR they should be warned or kicked judging on the severity or it.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.           To metagame means to use real life knowledge when in game you dont know anything about it.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?                I would ask them why are you abusing your power, than I ask them did you get perms to do this, and then I tell the owner or co-owner about it.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?                I would ask another admin TP to me and can you deal with a mass RDMr.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.             I would say that they can build in the streets if only they remove it when someone else joins.

Thoughts and Personal Experiences

I've seen you on once or twice before, but not for a little while. The only notable experiences I've had with you have been mostly negative; you seem kinda mingy, and I had to warn you for breaking NLR.

Errors in Application

a5) You received a warn from me on February 8th for breaking NLR.

c1) Punishments are off, and you don't actually define either term. You just say what the acronym means.

c2) The NLR timer is 2 minutes. I would hope you'd know this, because I explained the rule in detail to you when I had to warn you for it.

c3) You provide no examples.

d1) Don't do any of those things. Record evidence and send it to the staff member's Admin.

d2) Pause your sit immediately and deal with the MRDMer, then go back to your original sit.

d3) The rules don't go away when people leave the server. No matter who is on, all players must follow the rules at all times.

Pros

Few warns, no bans. I guess.

Cons

Clear lack of understanding of the rules, recently warned, low activity, badly-formatted application, general minginess. 

Conclusion

You need far more playtime and a far better understanding of the rules before I would consider you a good staff candidate.

Literally never seen you on till yesterday and today, and you had attempted to RDM me with your excuse being that I "was a horrible mayor" from a previous session. Later on, you had kidnapped a hobo as a "joke."

Overall:

I don't think you are ready to be a staff member at all, you clearly have no regards for the rules if you blatantly refuse to follow them.
