Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Kicking around 8-10 people without telling them for something they all didn't do

Please provide any available evidence to back your claims:
Video attatched, showing there was no warning at all given. I know we have message logs, and if you want to claim I cut the video too short, I literally have around 20 minutes before this clip also recorded. What happened was, like an hour before this clip, we had tip jars spawned in the city because a guy was giving out lots of money (AKAcody) and thats why everyone had tip jars in. Then a hobo, and I am forgetting his name but I would know the name if I saw it, but he then grabbed everyone's tip jars and somehow got them stuck in spawn. Then Askio and MCMC got on an hour later to just kick everyone without warning as shown in the video. 

As a mod this is a very unprofessional thing to do, especially because people could've had bunch of bit miners up, and I can confirm that myself at least was the mayor, and that now got taken away from me. Literally even a warning would've sufficed, saying "Hey your guys tip jars are stuck in spawn and unremovable, can you please leave and rejoin?" and it would've been better. If you request more video footage just ask and I can provide, I won't be deleting it anytime soon.

If you need anyone elses witness POV, ask AKACody, as he was also kicked, or ask the old admin Gibby, old mods Herper Derper or Sodium or Clorox Bleach, any of them including AKACody could also vouch for the tip jars being put in spawn by someone else and also vouch for no warning given before kicking.

Edit: The person who did that with the tip jars may have been "Potentially Offensive Hobo" but we aren't 100% sure

The hobo's name who did it all was "potential offensive hobo."  It was something like that. Ik it had offensive in it.  Always builds right here with tip jar.

Yeah so basically when this situation was going on they were told to kick people who own the tip jars and due to miscommunication they took it as them thinking they can kick everyone involved without notifying them first. This was not intentional and will be used as an example to further ensure better communication within the staff team.

Ok thank you. We wrote this because none of us got informed and we didn't do this. I even talked to MCMC when he kicked someone about it. I told him but I think he just completely ignored it.  Is the person who did it going to get any sort of punishment as 9/10 of us lost items?
