Not on Gmod but in other games such as rust
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Because this server has really helped me learn how to play dark rp. There are many helpful mods and i would like to help people like myself who did not know how to play and help get people who break the rules in check.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I am a calm person and am also good at explaining things such as others wrong-doings. I also have experience although on another platform which i believe will help.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is Random Death Match, meaning killing others without valid reason or in a non RP way. RDA means Random arrest, which means a law enforcement member has arrested someone for a non-RP reason.

These should be delt with via a warning or a ban depending on how sever the act was, Mass RDM/RDA resulting in a 2 week ban for RDM and a 1 week ban for RDA

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR means new life rule meaning if you die you cannot use what happened in your past life against the person who killed you. you also cannot return to the place of death within 2 minutes even if there is a raid, in which case you would have to wait for the raid to be over.

 

Ex. Nick kills Adam during a mug of which Adam did not pay the money, Adam immediately off spawn runs up to nick and kills him claiming it was because Nick had previously killed him.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is knowing things that your character himself would not know.

Ex. Someone in a party dies and proceeds to stay dead so their friend knows the POS. of the killer
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

Both of the players or player would be pulled into a sit and receive a warning
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Gather evidence and show it to someone higher up then them know via youtube or discord.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would contact another mod, if non are available at the given time I would put the RDMer in jail at the sit and explain to him what he has done. Once i am done explaining i would explain that he will be banned and also tell him where he can go to attempt to appeal said ban. Then i would ban him and add a ban request for a Senior Mod to review.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

No, if they are building in the streets i would ask them to stop and remove the props and ask them to build somewhere else. If they continue i would warn them.

Thoughts and Personal Experiences

Seen you a few times very recently, and been in a couple sits with you. You're a little mingy for my taste, and you don't seem to know the rules nearly as well as I'd like.

Errors in Application

c1) You do not describe any punishments as asked.

c2) You also cannot return to the area for 2 minutes, or interact with your killer.

c3) I think you mean POV. :p

Pros

Pretty good application, no bans, active recently.

Cons

Warned twice on the day this application went up. New to the server with little playtime. A bit mingy.

Conclusion

Based on those two warns being so recent alone, I don't think you're currently fit for staff. Remain on good behavior for a little while and be active before applying again.
