I was banned once a week ago. but that was for rdm 3 times, i regret it alot a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? No not really Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Honestly, i love this fricken server. Its fun and i wanna be involved in it more. I think after almost 3 years of playing i think im ready to get into the big leagues b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Because i would do great watching people roleplay and see if they break rules. i wanna be there for anyone being harassed. Plus i dont wanna leave the server vulnerable. You know how gmod can be. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is basically a random kill for no reason. And i think anyone who does it once should be warned. then like 3x banned for a few. them mass rdm would be ether perm or a month. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule is basically going to the same place you were 10 seconds after you died from there. A player could be salty a hitman killed him so when he spawns he pulls out his gun and goes over there. the problem is the nlr is 2 minutes and he got there in 15 seconds. Or someone died, then they go back over there during a raid because they are mad. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Someone looks into chat and thinks and says out loud "Oh crap Craig became Osama Bin laden" When he wasnt supposed to know that in his characters head. Hes taking info from irl chat and putting it somewhere he wouldnt know of in the rp. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? If i was a lower ranking staff, i would report to a staff immediately to stop the abuser. If i was higher ranking i would gag, freeze and cage him. Then i would make him tell us why, and if he was trolling i would strip him from his powers and ban him d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would get a staff member to handle the sit as i start another one with the culprit. I would turn on godmode and make him explain himself. if he continues from the roof ill ban him for weeks. and if he continues that behaviour after the ban its a permban d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would verbally warn them to stop and if they dont stop, ill warn them and if they dont stop ill ban them for a few hours to let the server populate. and if they dont stop after that. ill ban them for days. You claimed that you have been playing for three years and have already read them. This I doubt very heavily...
