a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not have any prior staff experience that's why I want to try here

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because I really enjoy the server it has been a real fun time for me and when staff are on I see Mass RDM quite a lot and I want to help with that

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm on on weekends all day and sometimes all night but for weekdays I get home from work at 5 and I stay awake till midnight so I can help solve us having Mass Rdm in the server 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM / RDA random deathmatch and random arrest the punishment you should warn them if they continue and don't stop you should kick them if they still continue it should be a band next random Deathmatch specifically is where you walk up to someone and shoot them or kill them for no reason same thing with random arrest you walk up to them and arrest them for no reason

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. It's been awhile since I've heard NLR if I have explained it wrong here please tell me and NLR is where if you die for instance you die in your base raid you are not allowed to come back for what was it like 10 minutes 5 minutes if you do you get warned for it

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.   Metagame is I'm pretty sure it's a term used in role-playing which describes a person's use of real life knowledge for instance actual laws or their actions of what they do for example sit down or try to explain I will roleplay to them saying yeah did you know this is illegal about not being able to have printers or such and such

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? First I would record the situation and I will respond to someone who has a higher position than me and him that person that is violating the rules and report them with the video of the recording I would try to make this present. This is happening and when it happened

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would first freeze them and bring them to my location if for instance I'm already having a Sit about another RDMer I would confront them and ask them what is happening and I would warn them I would finish up the city I'm currently dealing with and then try to figure out what is happening in what led to this situation if they're being unreasonable and just doing it for fun I would kick them

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would let them know that this is against the rules and if they do not listen I would warm them I would try to make it present to them that they should not be building in the streets

So ill start of with some of the questions.

c2 - NLR is 120 seconds not 10 or 5 minutes. 10 minutes and 5 minutes are for cool downs like raid, muggings, and kidnappings.

c3 - This is not the right definition of metagame.

d2 - MassRDM is a 2 week ban, and RDM and RDA is a warn not a kick.

Other than those, there are a few grammar mistakes but that's it. I also have personally never seen you on the server before. My advice is be more active and get to know the rules better and then you can try to re apply in the future.
