Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: I was clearly rdm'd, but as I was explaining the situation, his last brain cells couldn't handle it and he left. The video provided shows both what happened and how he handled it.

Hey, Thank you for making a report about the matter.

 

The sit on-hand went like this:

 

Yespapa created a ticket explaining that he had been RDMed, to which I accepted and brought him to a sit.

His reasoning for the RDM was that he had kidnapped an officer and another officer killed him without using legal force first. I explained to him that any hostile actions portrayed on a player would result in that player killing you as that was my point of view on his sit. He then clarified that it was another officer who had gunned him down to which I replied that under a circumstance with another officer in question, another officer has the right to kill the offender without using legal force first, as mention in the MOTD. After I came to the realization that he meant that another officer had killed him, he started throwing down textscreens in the sit saying something along the lines of "careless is a ______." I quite honestly didn't want to deal with his toxicity or lack of logic or reason in the sit itself, and I wanted to remain unbiased in future sits with him, so I simply asked someone else to take over the sit in which Herper Derper did. I then left the sit, again, not wanting to listen to the completely biased opinion that yespapa has toward me.

 

I was talked to by Herper to remain in sits in which I asked someone to take over, and I will do this in the future, but for this staff report, I do not see where I am in the wrong.

I do not have a record of my point of view because at that time, I was not recording but you should be able to see everything in the video.

buddy youre retarded. you didnt make an attempt to even bring the person. as a staff member you should know that  deescalating the situation or an upset player is your priority. your brain cells literally have completely stopped working at this point, and I really don't know how you are still staff. at this point I have lost all hope for you, and do not respect you as a person, player or staff member.

    You kidnapped and shot down a CP in-front of the accused RDMer. That is justification enough for him to kill you on the spot, however, the video shows that the cop did in-fact attempt to taser you, but missed. He is justified to pull out his gun rather than die as you deployed lethal force.

    When dealing with a staff member, it is crucial to be respectful in the sit when possible. We understand you can get heated, but staff are less likely to assist you to their full capacity. You also insulted him multiple times throughout and minged in the sit. 

 

   This is also a notice that you need to be more respectful when posting forum content. Please keep foul language to a minimum
