a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

- Yes, I have had staffing experience on a friend's server. I was an Admin on the server and helped him with the server from the start and have been helping out people on the server with different issues ever since, whether it was for the player base or for the server itself. He had to take down the server later on but recommended me to another server where I applied and got accepted then became a Moderator. On that server I mainly helped out the players with their RP related problems.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

After a long time of playing Gary's Mod and helping out that second server. I took a break from the game and went onto other things and focused on school. I didn't play for a couple years. I recently got interested again in Gary's Mod and the very first server that I joined to play once again was this server. The player base was awesome so I decided to hang around and continue playing here. I remembered how much I enjoyed being a Staff Member back in the day and now I am here to apply for this server and try my best to help around.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I am easy going, I don't look at one side of the story. I always try to put the pieces together to figure what the problem is and how it started so I can get a better look into it and decide what will happen.

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM means "Random Death Match" It is where a player decides to kills another player with no RP relations to it. RDA means "Random Arrest" This is when a police officer decides to arrest someone randomly with no RP relations. These actions should be started off with a warn to help the player responsible for the action understand what he or she did was wrong. If the problem continues to where the player is not learning their lesson then they should get a ban time to fully understand what they is ruining others RP game play.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR means "New Life Rule" It means that a player who has died may not use their past RP life as a source to get revenge on the player who had killed them. An example may be when you are raiding someone and successfully kill them. They are not allowed to come back to their base and try to get revenge by killing you. They have to wait until the raid is fully over to go back. They also can not come and try to kill you on the street for revenge afterwards.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame mean when a player uses real life knowledge against the game to his advantage. An example would be, you are raiding someone. A person who has no RP relation to the player you are raiding is talking to the person on discord and begins to give an insight of what is happening to their base.

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I quickly go the said staff member and try to calm them down and ask what the reasoning to this is. I would try to take the matter into my own hands and calm him down. If he begins to ignore me and continues wreaking havoc then I will try to contact a different Higher up that can control him/her and stop them from what they are doing.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would quickly check to see if any other staff member is on that can deal with the issue. If not then depending on the situation of the sit I would jail the RDMer and finish up the sit then deal with him. If the sit is taking longer than expected then I will go to ban the RDMer and return to the issue I was dealing with before.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. 

The rules stand firm, if you let one person off the hook then others would begin doing the same thing later on expecting and easy understanding.

+ I know you spend time/put effort into this application as well as making others in the server feel great to exist in your presence 

 

Overall its a +1 From me. You are always dedicated to being kind and assessing the situation without being toxic or rude and know the rules. I would be delighted to see you on the team ;)

Have no issues with you in-game, Helpful, knows rules.

My only issues with your app is D1. & D3.

On D1.: you wouldn't tp to said staff member abusing their powers, you record/get proof and report them to a higher up with proof, Keyword also being Severity.

D3. You would ask them to stop, to delete the props, and tell them that if they wanted to build outside that they need to be hobos, Also mention that hobos can only build on sidewalks. If they continue, warn them, kick, then ultimately ban if they continued to build on the street.

Conclusion: Would like to see as staff, App could use minor touches. Besides those details i give it a (+1)
