b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I have a lot of time to spare and I'm a daily player as you can tell I usually hop on at the later times and I see a lot of players breaking the rules.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Mainly due to my prior experience as being a staff member and my time on the server I've been here for a long time so I know the rules and haven't broken any.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM stands for Random Death Match and is when another player assaults and kills another player without a valid RP reason, The player that committed RDM would receive a warn or not depending on the severity of the situation.

RDA stands for RanDom Arrest and is when another player tazes and arrest another player without a RP reason, The player that RDA'D the person would receive a warn or not depending if it was excessive or not.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR mean's New Life Rule and is when someone uses his old life in his new life information , And a example is if player a is raiding a base and player a kills player b, player b then returns and kills player a that is breaking NLR and the player would be warned for it

Another example is if player a is mugging player b and then player a kills player b for not giving him the money player b then comes back killing player a that is RDM and NLR and would receive 2 warns

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is when someone uses information outside of their in game knowledge, An example is if player a is talking to his friend in discord and he says that player C killed him then player a goes and kills c without ever seeing player c kill his friend that is Metagame and RDM and would receive the warn for both.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Record the staff member in question and take it to a admin or head admin and tell the staff member that they are doing something wrong and they could receive a punishment for abusing.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the MassRDM'r and tell the people in the sit to hold on while i handle the MassRDM'r ban the MassRDM'r and then continue the sit I was in before.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Tell them politely that they cant do it but if they go hobo they can build on sidewalks and if they continue they will be warned and possibly kicked.
