i was a Head admin for CRIX rp  both Drp and Police rp and i was a T mod for VG MRP

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?Because its a fun server i enjoy my time here and think the staff arnt as active as they should be 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?because i have experience with people im not a 1 sided person and i enjoy seeing the community grow  

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.Random death match /Random arrest: Rdm is when someone shoots someone for No RP reason or just no reason at all or they just mad/RDA someone arrest someone for no reason or no RP reason

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.No Life Rule: someone returning back to anarea whenre they just died to either RDM or to protect their base 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.knowing somthing you shouldent through exploits 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?Report him and get Video proof of it 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?i would Jail and TP person and gag them if necessary and continue on with the sit then deal with that person  

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.tell them to remove the props because building in the dtreets arnt allowed even as hobo you cant build in the middle of the street.

Although I haven't seen you on much I personally haven't been able to get on the server alot the past couple of days so I am not really gonna consider that when talking about your staff app. Scout's post does show alot of problems within your application which does worrying me however having past staff experience is a plus and honestly even if you didn't know the full details of the rules when you applied thats ok, because now scout has given you the info you didn't have. If I was able to see you in game and see that you were a positive and active member of the player base I would be more than happy to +1 you, atm I just feel I don't know enough to go either way.

Notes: Here are some things you missed in your Application:

C2: Can’t remember anything about past life (In-Game)

C3: Using Out of Character information In-Game (OOC Chat, Discord, etc.)

D2: You deal with the Mass Rdmer completely first (Jail, Ban, Ask for assistance) before returning to your original Sit 

Notes: Although you have prior staffing experience, the fact the you have been recently warned, banned, and the fact I haven’t seen you on provides me with a negative/unsure impression about you. Furthermore, your Application seems a bit rushed and lacking detail in several areas. I believe you should reapply in 2 weeks and we’ll determine your standing then.

Cons: Have not seen you all that much, current ban. 

 

If you get the ban appealed, I'd change it to a +1. But because the ban was given after your app was put in, it'll be a -1.
