Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Well i would like to volunteer because i think i could change the community's way of looking at our server and make them want to bring more friends to the server, also i have some experience witch will make it my third time being staff as a pose to my first, and i would like to help new players to DarkRP / Gmod as i have a whopping 2300+ Hours on the game and know everything about it by now.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Well i think having good communication skills would be good even if your not staff you should always try be the first to help new players if they have a different language ect and also communication skills will have a lot because if 2 people are asking different questions you can't back out cause your scared, also you will be good at explaining things ect, and i think kindness is a good thing to have treat everyone equally and make sure that no one is treated wrongly or badly, so they have a good experience on our server.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Well RDM Stands for random death match and RDA stands for random arrest RDM Means someone killed another player for no reason and ARDM Means they tried to but failed or stopped and should get a 5 - 10 minute jail or a warning. Where as RDA means random arrest like i said and ARDA Means attempting to but failed and should be punished the same a 5 - 10 minute jail or a warning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR Means New Life Rule basically if you were killed in a shop or a building you cant go back to that place to get your stuff or something like that because it is a new life your brain would of reset meaning you know nothing, so if i killed you and you came back where i killed you after a certain time you should get punished and will get punished.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Now i dont know it too much as i never do or see people doing it but i think it is where i have a name like karl and you saying hey karl without me telling you my name so if i said hey jimmy but i knew there name that would be fine but if i did the same but never knew there name that would be Metagaming (like i said i never do or see it so i don't really know what it is)

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Well i would start recording to make sure they say i made them do it or something just evidence then after that i would pm them asking them to stop and asking why they are doing it and if they don't stop i will get a higher up i will do this 2 times to make sure they have seen the message and know what i will do, if they don't stop i will contact a higher up and report the abuser and send them the recording.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would contact another staff member to let them know and if none comes i would quickly put my sit on hold bring the Mass Rdmer to my sir and jail them until i can get a admin or a different staff member to deal with them.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Well i would ask for them to stop 3 times and if not i will warn them for fail rp because they would be breaking the rules and i would make sure i record this process.

Pros

• Decent app
• Has had experience moderating on other servers.

Cons

• c1's punishment is really off. RDM and RDA will get warned most of the time. Mass RDM and Mass RDA will get banned most of the time.
• c2's answer is really vague for punishment.
• c3's answer is kind of wrong but you got the right idea. Meta-game is using outside knowledge to your advantage, i.e seeing in kill feed as a cop that someone died and using that knowledge to go to them and arrest them.
• Never seen you before

Conclusion

Good app, but you should check up on the rules and be more active.

Here are some things you missed on your Application:

C2: NLR for raids is until the raid adverted over, NLR for everything else is 2 minutes

C3: Using outside information (OOC Chat, Discord) In-Game

Notes: You seem like a good person and it’s great you have former staffing experience, however, I have not seen you In-Game and your Application could use work. Some of the answers are a bit unclear and require better definitions. I’d suggest brushing up on the MOTD and hopping on the server to interact with the Staff.
