My previous staffing experiences include: Senior Admin on GroxGaming, Mod on Gaminglight SchoolRP, Director of Revival Servers, Director of Adept Servers

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?   I want to volunteer for Xeno because it is one of the better DarkRP servers out there. I have seen very little sits go unanswered by staff, and not many players are minges.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?   I think my ability to calmly deal with issues would make me a decent moderator. That, and I have a fair amount of experience staffing on servers and I grab as many sits as I can handle.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM/RDA=Random Deathmatch/Random Arrest respectively. A player that does these things should be brought to a sit, talked to and kindly told not to do them again, and then be issued a warning for said action(s).

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR=New Life Rule. It is violated usually if a raid is occurring and the owner of the base is killed, but returns to defend/prop block the raiders.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is using OOC information to do IC actions, such as someone doing "// I have meth and weed in my house with printers" and the police responding and searching then arresting the guy.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would start screenshotting and recording the abuse then report it to a person higher than them, but if I can target them in ULX, I would probably ban them after gathering my evidence.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I saw someone Mass RDMing outside of a sit, I would instantly ask another staff member to get on duty and deal with it, or if I am close to conclusion of my current sit, I would quickly end the sit and bring the Mass RDMer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Rules are still rules. They cannot build on the streets. I would ask them to remove it and consult our MoTD with further questions.

D2: Mass RDM takes priority over your current Sit (Most of the time) and should be dealt with immediately 

Notes: Your previous staffing experience and your application (For the most part) has left me with a positive impression of you. Furthermore, I have seen you active in game although I’d like to see more of you In-Game to see what you are like. Overall I think you’d be a good addition to the staff team.

Your app looks okay but needs to be tweaked in the ways stated by 72Scout and I would like to see you in game more. Other then that you seem like a pretty solid addition to the staff team.
