b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I had a lot of fun staffing for Xeno; it brings back memories when GMOD was in its prime. Otherwise, I like being a helping hand and making new friends with other staff/players

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I have thousands of hours of DarkRP staffing experience under my belt, and I know how players should be treated and how to handle those who fail to abide by the MOTD. Also, I have the ability to hop on the server during later times.

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

       RDM = Random Death match | When a player kills another player without any valid reasoning backing it up.

• ex. I equip a weapon and gun down a player in the street because I felt like it.

       RDA = Random Arrest | When a player Arrests another player without any valid reasoning backing it up.

• ex. I am a SWAT member and I run around arresting people because I felt like it.

        Players who commit RDM/RDA shall receive a warning for their first offense | Repeated RDM/RDA shall receive a 7 day ban | Mass RDM/RDA shall receive a 2 week ban

 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

        NLR = New Life Rule | If killed while roleplaying, the killed player is to forget everything that happened in their previous life (ha), and can't return to their place of death for 2 minutes.

• ex. I'm defending my base from raiders and get killed in the process. Immediately after respawning, I run back to my base and kill the raiders.

       Players who violate NLR shall receive a warning | Repeated offenses will result in a 3 day ban.

 

c3) Define "Metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

        Metagame is when a player utilizes information given Out-Of-Character and brings it In-Character

• ex. I hear people in the base next to mine tell each other what the code is to enter, so I broadcast that code in OOC.
• ex. I'm being mugged, so I tell my friend on Discord to become a cop and arrest the mugger.
• ex. I'm a cop, and I saw player 1 get killed by player 2 in console, so I put a warrant on player 2 and have him arrested.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I wouldn't confront him. Rather, I would gather as much evidence as possible (Recordings, Screenshots etc.) and show it to the Administrators/Owners.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Tell the player(s) in the sit to hold on, Jail whoever is RDMing, and ban him for 2 weeks without question.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

If both players are hobos, I would ask them to move their builds to the sidewalk. If they refuse, delete their props and verbally warn or !warn them. If they still continue, kick/ban them.
