I have never been banned

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
I have been a moderator during the summer here on XenoRP I almost made it so senior moderator before I resigned due to I didnt know how hectic the studies would be but now I have gotten a schedule in and feel like I am ready to be staff once again.


Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
I just see alot of moderators that can't keep up with all the tickets aswell as I see minges playing during morning time for you which is day time for me, there is never any staff on during that time and I would like to keep the server from being full mingy in the morning.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
Well, I got previous staffing experience, I can talk to people and I am neutral in the sits and listen to both sides.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM is when you kill someone without a valid RP reason, if you do it once it is only a warn, twice is another warn and the third time is MassRDM(2week ban), unless it has been made over a stretched amount of time then it is repeated RDM(7day ban)

The same goes for RDA which is if you arrest people without a valid RP reason, repeated RDA is 7day ban, mass RDA 2week ban, and done once or twice that is just warn.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR is New Life Rule, if you die you cannot return to where you died for 2minutes, if you died during a raid (yes PD raid included) you can not return for the entirety of the raid. Since it is a new life when you die, you can not revenge RDM since that is RDM, breaking NLR and failRP since when you die you have a new life and forgot anything that happened in your past life. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagaming is when you put knowledge OOC (Out Of Character) into the RP for example if you play as a cop and see someone with the job "meth cook" go into a building and then ordering a warrant just because he is a meth cook which your character in-game wouldnt know about.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
I would record it and send it to someone with higher rank than the person abusing their powers.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I would pause the sit regardless if there is other staff online since the MassRDM'er is the highest priority and jail the mass RDM'er then if there is other staff online they can ban him so I can continue with my sit or if I am alone I will ban the person for Mass RDM then continue with my sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
I would tell them that they can't build on the streets, either become a hobo and move it to the sidewalk or do not build on the streets at all. If they do not listen I would warn them verbally, if they still dont listen I would warn them for building on the streets. If they still don't listen I would kick them. If they come back and keep building I would ban them for 3days as minge
