because I think I could do a good job moderating

because I read the MOTD and have a fair view on people

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Warn or temp ban

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New Life Rule if you go back to where you died instantly you're breaking NRL

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Im honestly not sure what that means but I'm sure I could Learn

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Report them to an even higher up

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Bring them and jail them then talk to them about why

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

tell them to stop if someone else joins

Pros: Prior Staffing Experience

Cons: Below the required age, App lacking a lot of detail and looks hastily thrown together, I've never seen you on,  lied about bans

What to fix:

c1) Never defined what RDM or RDA is

c2) Never defined what NLR is or that you must wait 2 minutes before returning to an area and that if you die during a raid you cannot return to the base until said raider calls over

c3) Never attempted to even look up the definition

d1) You would first get evidence of the abuser before reporting it

d2) You would stop your sit, and then go and deal with the Mass RDMer which is a 2 week ban

d3) You would tell them to stop and if they want to build near the street they can go hobo and build on the sidewalk. If they don"t listen then you warn them and if they continue to not listen you can warn them til they are kicked or banned by reaching the warning threshold.

Conclusion:

App looks thrown together and you don't meet the age requirement. Your app gets a -1. Please wait 2-weeks before re-applying if you're denied and maybe a few years so that you meet the age requirement.

 C1: RDM/RDA Stand For RanDom Deathmatch/ RanDom Arrest. This Happens For an Illegitimate RP Reason. Examples Include Killing Without Adverting or Arresting For Fun. 

C2:NLR Timer For Raids is Until a “Raid Over” is Adverted, NLR Timer For Everything Else is 2 Minutes/120 Seconds

C3: Metagaming is Ultilizing Outside Information in an RP Environment. Examples Being Using OOC Chat or Discord to Communicate Raids/Mugs/Kidnaps And Responding to Those

While I do Appreciate Your Want to Become Staff, You Do Not Meet The Minimum Age Requirement (14 Years) to Apply. Furthermore, Your App Needs Some Work as You Are Missing Several Definitions And The Answers You Have Provided Are Both Lackluster And Incorrect. Also, I Have Not Seen You on At All Which Makes me Hesitant to Give You my Recommendation. Aside From This, Get on The Server, Learn The Rules, And Interact With The Community. You Can be Just a Good Player as a Staff And Improve Your Chances For The Future!

Thanks for applying, I appreciate you being honest with your age, I will say, i know the age requirement can be flexible sometimes, if you are really want to be a staff member, i'd be more active, as i haven't seen you on. Your app could use work, so i'd read the motd, interact with the server, some staff members if possible, show that you would be fit for staff.
