a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Yes I have, once for LTAP, once for Minge/NITRP, and once for Minge.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do, I was a Trial-Moderator here on Xeno for a few weeks.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I get bored, and some of the new staff are pretty hot garbage. I also know all the rules and staff procedures.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I know the rules, I am good with people.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random Death Match, when a player kills another player for no RP reason. RDA: When a player (Police or SWAT) Tazes/Handcuffs a player then proceeds to arrest them for no reason. Both of these rules, when broken should be addressed with a warn.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: New Life Rule, you cannot return to the site of your death for 120 seconds or 2 minutes. If you got killed while being raided, you must wait until the raider(s) have adverted 'over'. Or they have used knowledge from past lifes, or they talk while their dead body is on the floor.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame: When a player uses knowledge outside of their in-game character's mind. For example: a player uses their chat to see who can hear them so they can see who is inside a base.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would first start recording, then I would upload the footage to YouTube and send it to a higher rank than the rank abusing powers.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail the person that is MassRDMing, then I would continue with my sit, I would go to the person MassRDMing, and ban them for 1 week, then create a ban request for 2 weeks. (if I was a T-MOD.)

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would ask the players to remove their props, and tell them that if they were Hobos they could build on the street if they wanted to.

Constant minge and harassment after demotion. 

Application: 

Calling other staff garbage doesn't make you look good.

Once you get demoted, you are not welcomed back onto the staff team.
