Dominik
a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Not Dominik a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198305483019/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) My Discord tag is Dominik#3213 a4) What timezone are you located in? I'm located in North America EST. a5) How many in-game warns do you have? I have 4 in-game warns, none of them being active. a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I've been banned twice. The first ban was for MassRDM because a mod said I didn't have the balls to do it. The second ban was an accident and I was unbanned 5 minutes after. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not have any prior staff experience, but I've had my fair share of sits over the two years that I've played. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I'd like to volunteer for XenoRP because I'm on pretty often and would enjoy to keep the server enjoyable. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? If I got accepted, I would already knows the rules inside and out, so sits could go by quickly without any misunderstandings. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random Deathmatch: Killing/harming other players with no valid RP reason or intents: A singular case of RDM should result in a warning. 3 or more instances of RDM should result in a ban for 2 weeks with the reason being MassRDM. RDA: Random Arrest: Arresting players for no valid RP reason: This should result in a warning in a single instance and a 2 week ban for 3 or more instances. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: New life rule: Returning to a place of death before 2 minutes pass or before a raid is ended. This is normally violated during raids when the defender dies and returns to the scene before the raid is adverted to be over. This also occurs during PD raids(normally by officers) when players return to the police department before the PD raid is adverted to be over. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is using outside sources of information to further understand situations and give a player an advantage. Using sound of objects is an example of this(like with meth and weapons). Friends telling you keypad codes is also considered metagaming(assuming the keypad codes aren't for their own base). Not witnessing a murder of a friend and then being told who to kill is also metagaming. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Ask them if there is a valid reason for the power abuse and review the situation over myself. If it's for a valid reason, let it be. If not, report the staff member to the forums with valid evidence of the power abuse. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Tell the members of the sit to stay where they are, jail the Mass RDMer, then check to see if the killing is validated or not. If so, let the jailed player free and return to the sit. If not, ban the player for 2 weeks and then return to the sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Kindly ask the players to remove their props and either build inside or become a hobo and build on the sidewalks or places beside the street. This also applies to when players are building above the street, regardless of where it may be. Link to comment
