Explosive Dealer Question

Thank you for checking out for what I have to say, the server might have set this way for a reason. I just have a question about how is a explosive dealer really suppose to  operate. I have set up shops and tried to sell it but everyone turns away once they find out they cannot inventory the  explosives. They have to make the  explosives themselves off the table to physic gun or gravity gun the item. I the explosive dealer can not make it for them and hand it out. Would like to find out more information so I can RP better! TEFFA

As long as they are not ghosted people should be able to grav gun them. The dynamite is incredibly op for raids.
