Yes, i used to staff on here, i made it to Senior than resigned.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I really missed staffing for XenoRP, so i wanted to come back and help better the community

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Im understanding, i know the rules, im very respectful, and i feel i was good when i last staffed

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM: Random Death Match, RDM is where you randomly kill someone.

RDA: Random Arrest, arresting without valid reasoning.

Botb of these result in a warn

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR: where you come back to your past life, so say you die during a raid, and come back to complete it, would be considered NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

using outside game information to exploit or cheat. say someone kills a mugger and you as a Swat arent there to witness it, you cant go and arrest them for killing them via kill feed. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

i would go to an owner or head admin and report them. i would also record and screenshot the abuse to show evidence

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

i jail the player massrdming and deal with him after my sit, or ban him then and there

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

building on the streets is still against the rules so i would ask them to stop, if they dont than punish how ever i need too.
