Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: I admittedly RDM'd him when he was on the street. He tp jails me and warns me and just leaves me there. I told him to unjail me in all chat and another moderator took care of that for me. 5 minutes later I was jailed for the same problem for 3 minutes after already being jailed for 3. Also throughout the video, he uses his powers whilst off-duty.

Hey there! I'm very sorry you feel this way. However, I can jail you If you break the rule of RDM as to prevent you of doing it again and further stating the punishment besides a warn. Also, I told them that you needed to actually serve the bare minimum of 3 minutes in jail, so I jailed you again. Also, just because I'm off duty doesn't mean I can't stop a blatant rule-breaker from doing these things right in front me. Once again, I am very sorry that you feel this way about me. You also changed your name in the middle of the time when I was going to bring you to me, which I believe would count as you trying to avoid punishment?

Hi Jek, thank you for creating a report. Unfortunately, I will not be issuing punishments because of the following:

• In certain situations, as the one shown here, it is okay for Dewd to use his powers to jail you. He wanted to RP, and just because you decided to shoot him doesn't mean he can't issue a punishment and be on his way.
• You altered your evidence. Next time, please send the unedited footage as I have no idea how much time or what occurred in the segments you purposefully left out. For example, at 0:44, chat clearly shows that Dewd was talking with you before you resumed the video. 
• You were a minge and a nuisance to the server. 
• You RDM'd a staff member who was attempting to stop a rule breaker.

We appreciate you helping to moderate our team, and I hope to see you on XenoRP in the future.
