b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I enjoy being staff and the interactions with people. I really like to help and make sure that everything is how it should be. I feel like during the night time the staff are afk or not on and it can get hetic sometimes

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I am super nice, and really enjoy talking to people. I don't get mad easy and know how to do my job. I have a lot of experience in staff positions. I have 1410 hours in the game and about 500 of those are just staffing. [This is just a ramble sorry for grammer but.. Ye know mics are better] I don't take sides, I'm super calm, I respect everyone I meet unless they do something to lose my respect, & I think before I act.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM - "Random Death Match" RDA - "Random Detain/Arrest"-Warning

-Kick
-Temporary ban
-Permanent ban
These should be carried out in that order. But, In obvious situations you may skip steps.

RDM/RDA - Warn / Kick / Jail (180 Seconds minimum) / Ban Depending on severity

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New life Rule - "This rule stops revenge kills, and people non stop going back to bases during a raid" a example of this is someone setting a hit on someone that killed them, to "get revenge" your in-game character have no memory of this "killing".

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence

. "using Real life knowledge to support in-game advantage" If someone says in ooc " (OOC)Donator] Joe Bob: I have Drugs in my base

< A cop can not use that to raid a base and find drugs.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I record and report it to staff higher than them. I also ask for thier reasoning and let a person higher than them know about the occasion. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Well massRDM is a 2 week to perm ban on most server. but you need the whole story so I would, jail/freeze while letting the people know in my current sit to "Give me a min". There is a [possibility it was a raid or something] find out what happened then proceed from there.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I am unaware of any "Down time Rule" so I would verbally warn them, and see what happens from there.

Sorry this is short, Every situation is DIFFERENT. you cant judge someones quality off a applaction.

HOW EVER you can see the basic knowledge of the person witch can help you decide if you should spend time on them. I do think I showed the basics for the application. I am willing to prove my self though trial or interview.
