b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I like moderating servers, and i like this server. I don't like to RP alot and prefer being a moderator on duty. I am also helping a friend moderate his website at this current time and I have had experience behind me which will help me moderate XenoRP. I also like this community, I felt welcomed as soon as I joined where i was greeted with friendly players and staff. I believe that I can bring the same experience that i had when joining the server. Another reason I would like to volunteer is because this server has potential to become bigger than most of the darkrp servers out there and I want to be there to watch it grow from a moderator point of view.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

As previously mentioned, I have been an admin on another Gmod server so I have experience and know the general rules of DarkRP, give or take a few rules that are different in XenoRP. I can handle difficult situations well and I can ensure that when something escalates I can diffuse the situation. I can also provide assistant to player when needed and to staff if they need additional support or my opinion on something. I am also in a different timezone to some people on this server, making it so i may be the only one online during the servers downtime in the night time. 

Terminology
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is Random Death Match. This is where a player kills another player without any rp reason. An example of this would be shooting someone because they feel like it, this would be classed as RDM because there was no rp intended and it affects another players RP. RDA is Random Arrest which is where a player arrests another without any rp reason, for example they can be RDA'd by standing in an alleyway AFK and not breaking any of the laws. A player should be punished depending on the situation, where if it was 1 RDM, I would verbally warn a player, jail the player, or kick the player as a first time. If the player Mass RDM's then I would Jail them and then ban them so they can not continue ruining other players experience on the server. In all cases i would provide a link to the rules so that the player will know the rules for next time.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is the New Life Rule. This is where a player returns to their location of death within 2 minutes of respawning. This can also be violated in a raid where the player will come back before the raid is over. NLR can also be where the player uses information from their previous death to their advantage, for example knowing where the player who killed them is.

c3) Define "Metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is where you use information your character wouldn't have access to. For example this can be where someone uses OOC to tell someone they have printers inside their base, and the player uses that to their advantage, or a player uses OOC to announce they are kidnapped in a base at the fountain. Another example of this is where a player will kill themselves to avoid hostile actions towards them, this is FailRP and Metagaming.

Situational Questions

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would tell them that they are abusing their powers and that they should stop as it can lead to a demotion or ban and that they need to represent the server in a good way and make good first impressions. I would also tell the next person above them about their abuse of powers and let them deal with it accordingly.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would freeze the player Mass RDMing so they can not continue and then finish my sit depending on the situation, if the sit may continue for a long period of time, then i will continue the sit and ask another staff member to ban/punish the player while i continue sorting out players issues, however the player may not have Mass RDMed and could have been participating in a raid so I would check before I punish to ensure the player doesn't receive any unfair punishment. If the sit is short, like a question then i would proceed to punish the offending player accordingly, while telling the player in my sit to give me a second.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would tell them both that they cannot build on the street as they are not the correct job and that they need to be a hobo to build on the sidewalk. I would tell them that they cannot build on the street as any job, apart from the hobo which is allowed to build on the sidewalk and advise they read the rules to ensure they know them and so that they do not break any.
