I have 0, at least to my knowledge.

I do not remember being banned at anytime on this server.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

No, but I do know basic ulx commands. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer to make the server a cleaner place. For example, you cannot have a successful restaurant if it is dirty. Same with a GMod DarkRP Server; you can't have a successful server with a bunch of rule breakers.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think I would be able to devote ALL of my free time into this server, and if not most. And I would actually log on, and do my moderating duties.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is when someone is randomly killed. RDA is when someone is randomly arrested. These players shall be punished with a warning for a single offense, but offenses will vary depending on how many times they do it within a small time frame. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is when someone comes back to the area they died within a certain time limit and they interact/roleplay in the area in which they died. This can also be when you are getting raided, and you come back before the raid is over. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is where a person uses information to their advantage, that is information out of their own in-game characters knowledge. For example, if someone says they are going to raid in OOC. Then you do something about it with your in-game character and have an advantage where in reality your character would never know about the raid.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Let the owner, or someone of an higher rank than the said abuser know about it. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

If other admins are online, I will ask them to take care of it or I will freeze them and ban them without warning.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I will politely ask them to stop, and if they keep doing it they will still receive the punishments of a player, as if 40 people are online.
