a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? No but I have been warned 2 times. At the same time by two different admins.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Not on a Dark RP server. But I have friends who have and can help me if necessary.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?   I love helping people and it's fun to help people. I used to own a Minecraft server last year and it is just fun to be able to respond and better the community.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?   I think I would be a good t-mod because of the fact that I love helping people. Even the small things like telling them how to use f4, and explaining to them how to base up and stuff like that. And the fact that I am currently stuck in my house for 2 or so weeks means I will be able to spend 2-8 hours a day on the server. When i'm no longer in trouble I will be able to spend around 2-5 hours daily. Some days may differ.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random death match. This is used if someone kills someone for no reason. This would usually result in a ban, but if it is their first time doing something like this, or if it was an accident I may just warn them and then explain to them why this is bad, and tell them not to do it again.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.  NLR means new life example if you are being raided and you die, you must not immediately go back to your base where you were previously. This in my opinion could also be considered as false RP. Where you need to roleplay in order to stay on the server.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.  Metagame basically means that you must see someone do something as a police officer in order to do something. You cant just read death chat and base your arrests off of this. This is bannable but once again if it is their first time doing something like this, or if it was an accident I may just warn them and then explain to them why this is bad, and tell them not to do it again.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?   I talk to them and either de- rank them, or ban/warn them based on the severity of the situation

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?  Call them up, and then talk to them and it will almost definitely result in a ban. I dont really see how it couldn't.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.  Tell them they cant do that and remove the builds, but I am a pretty chill guy and if no one connects to the server, ill let them have a little bit of fun. Until it becomes serious or someone else joins.
