Crypto
a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? ChristianOH a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/id/gamarays/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? ChristianOH#0820 a4) What timezone are you located in? EST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 4 total 0 Active a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Not on my main account on which I was senior mod. I lost my account information for that account so I bought this account from Narnia who was a minge in game because he had a lot of games. I recieved my account back but haven't played on it in game since. He was banned twice when he played. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, I was previously staff on this server until I reached senior mod. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer because I believe answering questions in game with new players or dealing with important in game situations for example, Mass RDM and RDM. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? If I were to get accepted I think my tolerance of situations is my biggest strength. For example, when I was staff I would take my time and examine both sides of the story before making my decision during any sit with two or several player. Also I would tolerate new players asking questions and making sure they would understand what to do, for example if they asked simple questions about building I would help. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM means "Random Death Match". An example is, when a player is walking down the street a thief shoots him for no reason and kills him. Handling the RDM situation I would either jail the RDMer for a given time and make them read the MOTD if they were new. But if they knew what they were doing like an experienced player I would give them a warning. RDA means "Random Arrest". An example of this is when a cop arrests a man for no reason whatsoever. I would handle the situation like I handled the RDM situation in the same manner. If the RDM or RDA gets to the point of Mass RDM/RDA, I would jail them as fast as I could and tell them what they did and then finally ban them. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR means "New Life Rule". For instance, if a player was raiding a base and the base owner dies and came back, that would break NLR. The base owner would have to wait until the raid was over to come back to the given area. This also applies to situations like mugging and kidnapping. Again I would handle the situation like I handle all of my other broken rules. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when you apply real life knowledge to in game situations. For example hearing is one of the main metagame situations. If a cop is running around the map and hears meth or printers through walls and then places a warrant on the given player, he is metagaming. Metagaming affects a lot of people in the game and is one of the leading rules broken in game. Another example of this is when a player knows his friend's codes and raids him using the keypads. That is also a very big reason for metagaming. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? To show proof of the abuse I would shadowplay them while spectating them or just seeing them in game. If it was just a regular moderator I would go to multiple senior mods or admins if it is very serious. If it was an admin abusing their power I would tell the owners and have them deal with it. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? As a senior mod this happened a lot. I would first of all !jailtp to them into an area with not many people for instance the sky so that they could not bother anyone. I would finish my sit and then ban the player that was Mass RDMing. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. First of all I would jail them and go to each of the players and tell them to delete everything. If they did not delete their buildings I would kick them after giving them warning that I would do so. If they joined back from then and continued to build I would either ban them or warn them. Link to comment

Patrick Star
So here is my thoughts. You are a returning staff member who was genuinely a really good moderator before you resigned. I know you had a huge family issue that caused you to resign, or you would have prolly stayed. Now you did have a very rough past (3-4 months or so) however you legit went to therapy and got help to fix your problems. You actually showed me paper work saying you completed it and went to all sessions. This shows that you truly want to make a change in who you are. My problem is this, you have been banned and unbanned recently in discord and that does not look good for you. You really have changed for the better and i would love to see you on the staff team again, just maybe not this week. Just a little bit more personal growth and i would be happy to bring you on board. Link to comment
