Only OG members like Gibby will remember this man, and me of course. A long while ago he was banned by Framptus for disobeying a mod. Out of frustration he went on an alt. He was then perma banned on both accounts. When he asked Gibby claimed that it was sensible due to the fact that he started the Xeno rebellion even though I and a boy called Logan were the ones involved. I had spoken to Blacksanta the night the rebellion happened and sorted it out and Bendy wasn't involved at all, only a spectator so I would like to request that he gets his proper punishment. A 2 week ban was what was meant going with those rules yet he received the worst punishment of all which was reserved for only hackers and those who sent DDOS threats.

He did, falsely. Nothing in the MOTD. Very loyal member with hundreds of hours of playtime banned because they thought he was involved in something he wasn't, I think it's time that he's unbanned. The Xeno rebellion was two people, none of them being him. The rules for ban evasion are that your alt gets perma banned and your main gets a 2 week, both shouldn't be permad.

See the problem is, when someone lies straight to your face over and over again and acts immature constantly, we dont want them back. Sometimes players who cause constant problems should and will be removed from the server, permanently. Unfortunately this is what happened. People dont understand the full back story behind everything that happened, because staff keep shit like perma banning someone pretty private just because its not one else business. This causes people like me to get blamed for also most everything (perma, demoted etc). I dont really care because people dont know nor will prolly ever know the real story of what happened. If you do not know the full story keep your false information to yourself.

 

Also there was no "loyal" member shit at all. hE wAs A dOnAtOr, thats not gonna work either. Simply put the player deserved everything they happened. Final statement

Pretty sure hundreds of hours counts as loyal mate, and two months of staff experience. Maybe you need to appreciate what some do for your server a little more. I know the full story because that story is my story, that was pinned on him which didn't even involve him. He was demoted as mod after an incident with squekky. He still played the server and he was banned for something not in the MOTD. He was not toxic and not a troublemaker. I'll tell you who was, Squekky. I feel it's a rather biased situation. I would like to know what Bendy did to warrant a permanent ban. He's one of my best friends and I experienced it all with him knowing every bit and he never seemed to have malevolent intent as you so believe.

I think there's fair share of immaturity in the mod team in the time that I was active on the server. I can remember quite a lot of mic spamming from high staff members. even Earl admitted a dislike for the mod team around that time. I remember when there was a KOS line placed on the ledge of a base which wasn't even inside of it and anybody who went near that ledge would be killed just because it was funny and of course an excuse on the spot was enough due to the fact that you're a staff member. I remember that the windows that you can't even see through were also KOSED. In fact I remember when you and ImChristian would walk around harassing other players simply because you didn't like them. Bendy and myself as clear examples. Kidnapping and mugging over and over for the fun of it. Very mature... Bendy would not target and harass people causing genuine upset. I think personal opinions should leave the equation.

Hello, it’s Bendy here to join in on this. I also agree I was falsely banned (twice) and unfairly treated by the mod team, not surprisingly. My demotion is going to clearly be a point you have against me. Now, I’ll confess that was a troubling situation and one that deserved to be punished but I clearly then proved my loyalty and enjoyment of the server in the action of continuing to play it daily. 

It began with a ban from Framptus for something that I’d permission to do in the first place. Framptus and my friends had had trouble with him in the past but were willing to listen. Basically what happened is that we asked permission from a staff member to set up an enclosure in the mining area where colourful blocks would be flying around and this was deliberately closed for the exclusive enjoyment of the miners and anybody who wanted to come in and enjoy it. A staff member then came over (another one) and said that it was what they wanted in the server as it was a friendly gesture. Framptus then came and deleted the walls, sending blocks across spawn. I was then banned for this without clear warning. All I had to do was press Z yet I was banned for disobedience for 2 weeks, a little harsh?

 

I then entered a ban appeal for it and went out for the day as it was Summer time from what I can remember. When I got home, no response came from my appeal and I was still banned. Out of clear frustration I went on an alt account. I had quite a lot of fun until I got found out by framptus where I then received a permanent ban on both accounts which is not protocol. It should’ve been a 2 week ban on my main and a perma on my alt but due to their vendetta against me it was a perma on both which goes to show rules mean nothing to the staff team. I then got into a Discord with them. I can clearly remember celebration from those who banned me in the Discord from new victory of expelling a loyal member with a decent enough reputation being banned. So, anyways. Once joining this call I attempted to discuss my situation and in full honesty out of the shock and embarrassment of being banned, I lied. I lied claiming my brother had used the alt. Which wasn’t true and I fully admit to that and to the fact that it could be considered as immature. I’m very apologetic for that. It’s been a long few months since I’ve been banned, probably around 6-7 months and I believe that a six month ban for a case in which all offences occurred would be harsh at the length at the length of two months I do not feel is fair.

 

I can guarantee that over this long time I’ve matured and am now (of course) much calmer and less shocked than I was on that day. I’m not trying to be hostile, I would just like to play the server again and enjoy it as much as I did back then as I truly think that XenoRP is a great server, one of the best. So please, appreciate my current honesty and willingness to discuss and the effort I have sunk into this long, long response. I’m hoping you’ve considered unbanning me.

If you dont get your way or someone does not listen to you, it results in endless arguments. We do not need this among the community. You talk about the fact that "rules mean nothing". It took six months to give it a try, thinking it's been long enough for a new slate. I'm sorry but like it's clear he has an interest in the server, no matter what has occured yet those who minge and minge and minge and lie to staff to get out of punishments only get a temporary ban when there's clearly no interest in the server whatsoever. Everybody makes mistakes

Other than complaining on the forums, send us a discord pms of a true apologie and make a ban appeal. Cant tell you were it will get you but give it try. I give forgiveness to people who send me a pm on discord trulying meaning they are sorry. Not a lengthy post on the forums. If you want to talk more about forgivness pm me. Ban appeal is in zyngas hands.

Also dont have people speak on behave of you, you need to stand up and talk about it. Not having your friend make a post on it.

Honestly you were pretty immature on the server. That is coming from me who was considered a very big minge on the server. A lot of people on the staff team didn't like you for that reason, and others in the community. I caught you alt'ing and reported it to Framptus, which he proceeded to ban you PERMANENTLY. You lied saying it was not you on the account BUT IT WAS. You should stay banned until you understand what you did.
