Remmy
What is your in-game (RP) name? Remmy Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/id/Remmy-/ What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) Remmy#2877 What timezone are you located in? Pacific Standard How many in-game warns do you have? 0 Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Never. Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have plenty of experience has a staff on other servers just to name a few, AplexRP, VexiumGaming, OdysseyNetwork, and CryptoGaming. Also, I have owned and developed Garry mod servers in the past. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to be staff on this server because every time I see someone that needs assistance I get this feeling of emptiness knowing that I don't have the power to assist them, I do try my best right now without having any real power but there is an extent of help I can provide without having admin abilities. I would like to help the server and the people that join it to receive the best roleplay experience. With my experience on numerous servers this means that I have been exposed to handling sits and other stressful/complex situations so when the time comes I will not freeze up and mess up. I plan on donating to this server because its a great server. I am a very optimistic person who cares for people and that loves to socialize. Furthermore, I believe that I would make a great contribution to this server! If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? The fact that I interact with the players and being a roleplayer myself I understand the players. Helping out players so that they can go back to doing what they came to do which is roleplaying and if people come on here just to minge/no intent to roleplay, to make sure those people are dealt accordingly to provide the best roleplaying experience. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM - Random Deathmatch / RDA - Random Arrest... When a player preforms one of these actions they should be warned, and depending on the severity of the situation jailed and or even banned. (MASS RDM/RDA) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR - New Life Rule... NLR is when a player gets raided or killed and returns to there previous known location without waiting the appropriate 120 seconds or when the raid is complete. If I am raiding a player on the server and I kill them, he/she returns to get revenge whilst I am raiding that is considered broken NLR. Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when a player uses non-realistic methods of gathering information of another players actions or to defend their own. For instance, If a player is in a party with someone and they get killed he/she may not advise their party member that someone killed them and to get revenge for killing a party member. This includes Steam chat, Discord, and any other forms of communication. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? If when a higher up is abusing there powers I will try my best to avoid the situation, I will contact a higher up as soon as possible if any online to help with the situation, and if no higher up is available acquire proof to later on report them to either a higher up or owner. During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? When I see someone Mass RDMing while I am handling a sit I will jail the alleged suspect finish my sit and deal with them accordingly after the sit. Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Request that they remove their props and explain to them that even though there aren't many players on rules are rules. jEK
PROS: Great Application! | No Warns | No Bans. CONS: NONE, great job! CONCLUSION: Overall, your Application is literally perfect. The only problem is I haven't seen you on all that much but obviously that could change. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't get a chance at becoming a T-Mod! +1 Link to comment
