SaintsRP: Was A Moderator(was fired due to inactivity)

RenegadeRP: Was An Administrator until Owner of server aggravated the entire staff team with new rule changes, causing many of us to leave.

(i also administrated and was a gamemaster on a CloneWarsRP  Server, but i wouldn't think you guys would care enough to take that into account) 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? 

I've played Xeno for some time now and am used to the rules, and execute them without any issues. I've lost interest in RPing, and want to move on to helping others RP experience be less mingy. So id sacrifice my RP time to become a staff member

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I have great ULX command knowledge because of all the time being on a staff team. Have lots of time to be online, as ive been on for almost a month now, and usually 5-6 days a week. My Job works 5:00AM-4:00PM and i get on around 4:30. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 

RDM stand for Random Deathmatch, and is when a player kills another player for no reason that has to do with the RP. For instance, a Citizen shoots a hobo, for looking like a "ugly rat". That is not a valid reason to shoot someone, thus being a RDM. 

RDA stands for Random Arrest, Or when a Law Enforcement Officer arrests a civilian for something that does not break a law. For instance, A Hobo is sitting on the road, with a donation jar. A Police Officer, walks up to the homeless person and proceeds to cuff them. Then, Arresting the hobo. With no reason to arrest, thus being a RDA. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
 

New Life Rule, also known as NLR, is a basic RP rule meaning you do not have any remembrance of your past life, cannot initiate an attack with the people that attacked you, and cannot return to the place of the attack for 120 seconds.

For Instance, Meep is running down the road and gets assassinated by a hitman, but not without a fight, after shooting him down to 20 hp. The Hitman begins healing with a Medical Vape, and Meep begins to sprint back to the sight of attack. Meep then sees the hitman, and blasts him with his shotgun. Killing the hitman, without any new initiation. Thus breaking NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is using OOC (Out of Character) information to use to a players advantage, or gain in a situation. For instance, A raider is raiding a base, in the industrial district, and nobody see's him. He adverts and executes his raid perfectly. Then gloats in OOC Chat, saying "Ez pz raid, someone wasnt home ;)" . Then a policeman tazes him a minute later for Raiding. There was no Roleplay-Like proof to pinpoint the Raider as breaking any laws. Thus being a Metagame.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I record all of my time spent on the server for reports, and I have had many videos saved. Id record the abuse and upload it as a unlisted video, and send it to a head admin/supervisor of the individual.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail the person who is doing the Mass RDMing, thus neutralizing the threat and stopping the bleeding. Continuing the current sit i am in. After the original sit is over, I move on to the Mass RDMer, Questioning why he had killed the people. Then Executing the proper authority needed for the individual.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Id tell talk to them and let them know that if people come on, I will have to ask them to stop, but if they are not bothering anyone, I would let them have fun, as this is a video game, and can be something people have fun doing.
