a5) How many in-game warns do you have?

I currently have 0 warnings.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

I have had no bans on Xeno, however I have had run ins in the past with such things on other communities which I know I could have resolved from present day experience and plan on rectifying any current issues or matters which could end up going out of hand or providing problems towards the community as a whole, with me as a conductant for such things.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

Why yes! I do have a great deal of staff experience from multiple places. Within DarkRP I've worked with tons and tons of servers which have given me further foundation towards my skillset. Notable communities which I believe have made me perceive some of the most valuable lessons are as follows; Hyplex, ViscaGaming, Apex Roleplay & Fatality Roleplay. All of the previously stated servers made me what I am today to my own knowledge. Although these may not be the most compared to my fellow applicants I would love to truly display my capabilities first hand and prove that despite the lack of more notable mentions I can still put forth my best effort and do so in an effective manner.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Through the time I've played on the gameserver, I've observed multiple errors in places I believe I could apply my own expertise towards. I have made myself available for a very good amount of time in many scenarios and by doing so have been able to demonstrate proper capabilities to my peers through abiding by the server and communities rules in a whole. I believe it is the job of all staff to administer fitting decision making and to be capable of handling stressful situations, something I happen to be very good at doing and would be more than willing to add to my own experiences with other players within the server. I wish to involve myself more so within Xeno as it is a breath of fresh air to me seeing as how it provides a more mediated experience from it's battle-hardened staff and generally the playerbase which ensues daily actions, the mechanics and presented features that have been implemented are certainly wonderful and push me towards the goal of becoming a staff, I believe that with that which I am to experience on this server will add helpfully towards my foundation as a person and staff in general. Handling situations involving things such as chat-disputes, punishing rule-breakers, and generally protecting the server and enforcing a more positive environment is what I truly want to do and what fuels my drive for Staff. I know that I don't personally have the most experience with everyone as an individual, but I really do want to change that and give some more insight as to who I am overall, it is one of my main goals to do such a thing while I continue to play and make great memories.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Having been staff on multiple servers in general, I have become very calm and capable of assuming such roles, providing my best efforts to every situation and showcasing my ability to remain calm under large amounts of stress which may be presented. I have a great deal of experience with ULX, and Billy's Logs although I could always use some extra work towards improving my prowess with each and every tool made available to a Staff Team. I'm a very easy-going and perceptive person who prefers to view both sides of a story for the full scopes and to that end, provide an acceptable verdict to both participants of a situation no matter where that may be.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM; Random Deathmatch, is an action committed when a player randomly attacks and ultimately slays another player without a valid cause or reasoning within roleplay. This can be perceived different ways just like many other terms to describe a broken rule and or rule set, and it is the duties of all staff to correctly handle a situation to determine the best course of action when gathering information on a report like this. Being one of the most commonly reported and managed errors in a player's time on the server, it is best that this action serve as a warning not to commit such a thing again. RDA; Random Arrest, this describes a scenario in which a law enforcement and or applicable job arrests a player for no good reason and simply does so to annoy and or cause trouble for another person(s) residing on the server. Both situations can be handled in similar ways, my first route being to jail the player for a short period of time to ensure they are understanding the lesson which needs to be learnt, as well as giving the offender a warning for the applicable punishment to mark them for reference to other staff members who may encounter them in the future. In many cases a person committing RDM may also stretch as far as to commit 'Mass' RDM which entails killing around 3 - 4 players or more and doing so in a short span of time or simply on a consecutive path. Whatever the personally defined definition may be they all have something in common, committing a mass of anything inhibits larger punishments as well as the call for a more serious attitude. MassRDM & MassRDA are both subject to similar timeframes of a ban due to the magnitude of the offense, around 1 - 2 weeks should suffice for MassRDM, the same applying for MassRDA.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR; New Life Rule, this specific rule details a player and the fact that if he or she is to be killed, they lose all memory of the previous life's details and are subject to a 2 minute wait period before returning to the general area in which they had died prior to the current life. A suitable punishment in this case would be to warn the player and possibly jail them for a period of time if believed necessary due to prior encounters or simply the acts shown to me by the player. Of course all cases vary and mistakes may emit a very obvious glow to which I may simply take it easy and allow some negotiating to occur between what I do to the offender, if they clearly had no intent to do such a thing I will still end up verbally warning them however this is only if the other player wishes for them to be let off due to their own shortcomings. For instance if 'Player A' was killed by 'Player B' in a police raid warranted by the mayor, and he returns to make an attempt at a final defense for his base this would be considered NLR as he came back without waiting the allotted time nor abiding by the rule of raids. Holding a grudge and assaulting another player for something which had occurred in a previous life may be counted as NLR alongside the standard punishment of Revenge RDM.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming, it is the action of using information beyond your characters perception to commit actions within it's own capabilities. An example of such a scenario may be 'Player A' killing 'Player B' and in doing so a police member looks up towards the killfeed after finding out about such a thing, warranting an arrest for the offender, and taking action on it. Another example may be based around your party members, as we know you can create and organize a small group in the gameserver using the !party command or keyboard shortcut. This entails the ability to take appropriate action on anyone who harms your party member such as killing them if they killed one of your own, etc. Although this does not apply when you are not made aware of the action through sight, as if you are not present or watching as one of your party members is gunned down for instance, and they tell you to kill the offender for such a thing it would be considered Metagaming.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

As a member of the Staff Team I would first take it upon myself to clear up the details with him and calmly speak to him in a separate and closed off area of communication to understand what may have been going on, assuming they are clearly just using the power granted to them it would be in my best interests to take all available tools at my disposal to capture media to be sent towards management on a staff report within these very forums. If the matter can be resolved and understood easily through a small discussion then it may settle and clear in the other's head that what they did or may have been doing despite not realizing the effects on others was wrong, obviously I would still need to make some sort of note about the matter either way as it is very serious.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would cease any actions currently being undertaken in the sit for a moment and ensure those present within the situation are aware of what I am doing before bringing and jailing the Mass RDMer. After having brought them into a smaller sub-sit I would then describe to them the details of what they've been doing ensuring that they are aware of the repercussions to take place, I would then ban the offender for 1 - 2 weeks depending on it's severity and the gravity in general revolving around the situation. I would then calmly and appropriately return to resume the sit which had been taking place before I intervened in the Mass RDMer's spree, freeing myself of any thoughts revolving around such a thing I would give an applicable verdict towards the situation of course.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Although the two players may be few, they are still souls present within the server and must abide by rules set to a specific purpose. As you are unable to build within the streets I would deal them the appropriate punishment only after giving them a verbal warning as I understand people do like to have their fun, if they decide to continue it would be in my best interests to stop them one way or another, whether this be a simple warning to scare them away from doing such a thing again or an extended jail session to reasonably however effectively strike sense into them.
