I have 3 in-game warnings, my latest being from around 6 months ago. I do apologies for my mistakes when I was a new player back then.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

No I have never been banned.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

Yes I do! 

I have been an administrator at NRG (Near Reality Gaming) Dark rp.

I have been an senior moderator at Ice fuse Dark RP.

I have also hosted my own community with game servers in counter strike source, Minecraft,counter strike:GO teamspeak, discord.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I really enjoy the community and servers provided with XenoRP and I would like to give back to the community and contribute by helping out and giving my free time and dedicate myself to enforce our server rules so everyone can enjoy our community!  I'm a very social person and I enjoy helping and meeting new people. I want to make XenoRP a better place for everyone and help out new players that join our community. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think my passion and social skills with people and my past wide experience I have in administrating both on DarkRP and my own community servers will make so that I have an great base to be able to perform and help our community to the best of my ability. My abilities to make an fair decision, act calm, and my communication skills together with my past experience would make me a good moderator.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM or Random Death Match is when a player attacks or kill another player without any RP reason to do so (no context). For example a player takes out an AK-47 and randomly shoots the first person he see. If an RDM occours a sit will be initiated and the player will be warned. If the RDM continues and the player kills multiple people it can be classed as Mass RDM and it will result in kick/ban.

RDA or Random Arrest is when a player with access to power where they can arrest people goes up to a player and arrests them randomly. Example a swat goes up to and arrests the first person he sees randomly, that would be RDA as he didnt have a valid to reason for the arrest. A sit would be initiated and the offender would be given a warning. If the offender keeps doing it after warning then a kick/ban Will be issued.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR or New Life Rule means that when you die you get a new life thus forgetting about anything from your past. You can also not come back to where you died for atleast 120 seconds. Example, a player gets killed in a raid. He cannot return for atleast 120 seconds to the place where he died and he cannot go back to his base until the raid is adverted over. He cannot remember anything like who killed him or how.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is when a player gets information out of rp that is used in rp. Example, someone tells the hitman in the OOC chat that the police chief that he needs to kill is at the bank. If the hitman uses this information from the OOC chat for his character that would be metagame.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would first of all gather evidence so I can prove if any rules has been broken or if he has been abusing. I would then come in contact with another higher up by for example post a report on the forums with all evidence.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

If I saw this during a sit I would ask my players in the sit to please hold on and I would stop the mass RDM and but the offender in jail. After I finished my sit I would deal with offender and handle it from there.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would very politely go to the 2 players and have a chat with them and remind them about the rules that they cannot build on the streets. I would also inform them that if they become hobos they can build outside but still not on the street.
