I have been SuperAdmin on a server named PRP I have been admin on multiple other servers, and have had my own server before.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Through my time playing on the server I have been able to see the community grow a lot since first joining. There are always new players joining the server which goes to show that the server is constantly growing. Since there is constantly growing community there will always be a need for more staff members. I would like to put in some of my knowledge as being staff to help out the server as much as I could. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

What I think what would make a good moderator is my ability to help people through things. Although taking sits is a major part of being staff there is another side to taking the sit. I am able to stay calm and get through the sit and not skip over something even if there is a lot of pressure.I enjoy helping the community as much as I can. Because of that, I would spend a lot of my time taking sits and trying to fix whatever has occurred, or helping around the server.  Also, I have been on the server early in the mornings when there are little to no staff online to assist people, so people can break the rules and not have any consequences. Because I am able to be online early in the mornings I will be able to stop some of what occurs when there are little to no staff online. Lastly, I enjoy working with people. While playing on the server I love to help people that are new and make sure they are not breaking rules or to make it a better experience for them while playing.Because some staff members will be afk or offline in the morning.players think that they can do whatever they want to do (RDM) (RDA). I know first hand that it can be very frustrating the people who do that. So I love to get online in the morning s and help out .

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM (Random Death Match) is when a player kills another player for no reason behind it. As punishing goes I would see how many warnings they have prior to this incident and see how long ago they are from. If the player has already gotten a warning recently I would warn them again. If not I would just give them a verbal warning.

RDM(Random Arrest) is when a player is arrested for no reason. For punishment I would check to see if the player was the one who RDAed has any prior rule infractions that have been recent. If none I would leave the player off with a verbal warning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR (New Life Rule) is when you have died either by someone or in an area for example Police Station. You are not able to go back to that area or interact with the person who has killed you for 120 seconds. This is also the case with raiding you must wait until the raiders “Advert Over” till you can return.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is when a player using outside knowledge that they have gained that is not something that they would otherwise know. A great example of this would be someone giving someone the code to a base and then the raided code raiding said base.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would start recording what he is doing making sure I get the most evidence possible while doing that I would contact a few higher up staff members that would be able to stop what the abusing staff member is doing. And show the higher up staff the footage of the staff abusing.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would freeze the person that is outside the sit mass RDMing then continue on with the sit that I was already in. After that I would then punish the Mass RDMer .

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

What I would do would be to tell them that they are not allowed to build on the streets. Although there might be only 2 players on rules are rules and that if we let them do it now then they will continue to do it when there are more players online. If they didn't remove the props I would then warn/kick them. If they continue to do so I would ban them for 30 minutes - 1 hour.

I think you would make a great addition to the staff team. Havent ever seen you on sadly but that is because you said you are on in the mornings and im not. If im being honest i want to say Neutral until i get a chance to talk to you. However im just gonna go ahead and give you a +1. Hopefully i can get a chance to talk to you before getting accepted.
