Micdon
a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Micdon a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/id/7656119833859514/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? micdon#5664 a4) What timezone are you located in? EST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 4 a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? No I have not been banned before on XenoRP. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I staffed Omni-games as a recruitment enlister by seeking out potential staff and training them. Omni-games is an SCPRP Gmod server. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I was recommended to volunteer for a staff position on XenoRP and I thought this would be another opportunity to grow my reputation as an active gamer on XenoRP. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? My growing knowledge of the rules and responsibility of taking care of the server would be the perfect sense of becoming a moderator. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random Deathmatch and RDA is Random Arrest and by which is punishable by warning or a ban, depending on severity of the rule breaker. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule is when someone comes back to the same area, after dying, with previous life knowledge. NLR can be broken after the set amount of time has passed (2 minutes). Examples: I killed someone who was raiding and they came back to raid me again. After a guy died when being mugged, he came back in an attempt to kill the mugger. Upon death, I respawned and returned to the same location to continue my roleplay, but got warned for breaking NLR. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is if one person uses outside game knowledge to implement to their roleplay for advantages. Examples: A guy uses OOC to his advantage to reveal locations of players when speaking through OOC. People uses the /advert feature to raid and the owner of the house being currently raided would check his house and doors to make sure he/she isn't the one being raided. Mafia member uses the kill feed to see when someone kills one of their own and searches for the attacker to execute him/her. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would get into immediate contact with one of the upper-management, preferably owners, and take a video of the committed offenses of the abusive staff member. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would ask the user to spare some time and quickly handle the dispute then come back to finish the sit, or I would evaluate the sit details and try to conclude the sit as quickly as I can, without missing any prompts, then deal with the Mass RDM momentarily. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Get some evidence of both usernames and their steam IDs to file a report, then I would submit it. Edited February 2, 2020 by Micdon Steam link not working. Link to comment
TEFFA
Thank you for applying Micdon Pros: • Recently active, would like to see you more active Micdon following weeks • Understands the rules • Nice guy OOC in game Cons: D3) Understanding to respond to players & explaining the rules to the players onto understand the rules of the server no matter how many players are online. Future reference, explain to the players the circumstances of the rules of the server and if they would like to build on the streets they must become hobo's or a hobo king to build on the sidewalks only. Pros: Collecting events of video or screen shots will be a great way to submit a report of such action of the players. Overall Neutral Thanks again for applying Micdon TEFFA Edited February 2, 2020 by TEFFA Grammer Link to comment

Moo
You are pretty active, seen you in game a lot. Seems like you have a good grasp on the rules. I don't believe I've had any issues with you regarding rule breaking, however you do have a few warns. Currently neutral on the matter. Link to comment
