a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?  Xeno DarkRP ARDM in a Sit, breaking NLR and being Mingey. ( from like half a year ago and the rdm one was bs)

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? No i only play Xeno.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because i play everyday, some mods are unfair, and lots of the time mods arent on. I just wanna help the server and be nice.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I like to help people, and i know all the rules, so if someone breaks the rules I know if it's a rule or not.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM means killing someone without a reason to kill someone, Punishment (warn, or verbal if they do not know what rdm is, then tell them to read MOTD, or if mass rdm 2 week ban). RDA is getting arrested for no reason, (it will result in a warn or verbal warn, mass RDA is a 1 - 2 week ban).

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. (New life rule, is when you are raiding/ getting raided, or go into a KOS base and go back or repeatedly going back, (Nlr is a warn or verbal, and then read MODT if you haven't, Mass nlr is a 1 - 2 week ban).

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. 

Metagame is when someone has money clickers or is making meth but you cant see it, so if they have money clickers and theirs a warrant but their not visible thats not aloud.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report it to the forums or tell a higher staff member or tell one of the admins or tell one of the owners in the discord sever.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Bring them, jail them, continue with your sit and then when the sit is over, ask the person why they mass RDMed, then ban them for 2 weeks.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Make them delete the props, give them a verbal, if they repeat this warn them and just because not a lot of people are on does not mean the rules change 1 little bit the rules still apply to everyone and anyone who breaks them will be warned/banned!

To start, you've mentioned a lot of people about your application. It's stated in the template not to do so. Ignoring that, The bans you stated were from "Half a year ago". The oldest of your 3 bans, was only three months ago. Some of your responses are lacking detail and content. Show some more passion in the "Why you want to be moderator section" for example.
